Cloud Practice PH is looking for a systems-driven Executive VA (EVA)/Executive Freelancer to architect the foundations of our UK-facing service hub. This isn't a "task-taking" role—it is a system-building mission under guidance and mentoring. By the end of the project, you will become an experienced, self-reliant Executive Operations Specialist.

The Mission: "Operation Digital Foundations"
You will spend 20 hours transforming our current operations into a hardened, high-performance engine. Your focus: Security, Standardisation, and Systems.

Core Deliverables
The Notion Hub: Build a Client Delivery Dashboard + a "Certification Lab" (Staff Training Sandbox).

The Service "Bible": Turn our technical workflows into a master SOP library for junior staff.

Security Architecture: Deploy a centralised Password Vault (MFA) and a "Least Privilege" access model.

IP Asset Register: Catalogue all domains, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies.

20-Hour Milestone Plan
Infrastructure Audit (4 hrs): Identify IP vulnerabilities and map current software (Xero, Dext, Notion).

Security Hardening (6 hrs): Setup vault, MFA, and standard Onboarding/Offboarding checklists.

Process Engineering (6 hrs): Build the SOP library and Notion Production Hub.

Team Handover (4 hrs): Brief our local Lead on the new Quality Audit workflows.

Your Expertise
Notion Mastery: You build relational databases, not just pages.

UK Compliance: Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy standards.

Accounting Stack: Comfortable around Xero and Dext.

Operational Clarity: You can turn a mess of notes into a clear, repeatable process.
