Interior fit-out of a coworking hub integrated into an existing hotel.
No structural changes. Focus on furniture, lighting, acoustics, and zoning.
Design Intent
Create clear work zones using furnishings, lighting, soft finishes, and layout, not walls.
The space should feel like a private members’ club, separate from the hotel atmosphere.

ZONE 1: Deep Work Suite
Use: Silent work area
Design Focus:
• Desk layout and spacing
• Acoustic control
• Task lighting
• Minimal visual noise
Key Elements:
• 16 dedicated desks
• Desk dividers / acoustic panels
• Warm task lamps
• Neutral, calm palette
