I require a detailed technical drawing for a bolted steel-framed circular structure 22 meters in diameter. Deliverables: dimensioned plans, elevations and sections showing bolted connections, steel frame layout, foundation interface, pitched roof design with rafters, purlins, guttering and downpipes, and basic material/section specifications. Drawing must be clear for fabrication and assembly, suitable for production and installation. Precision, clarity and constructability are essential. A 3d model will be required with various views needed for illustration purposes.

2D/3D Design for Pet Products, My ideas and delivering 2D / 3D

I am looking for an experienced designer ideally with knowledge of pet product design to turn my ideas into 2D wireframe and 3D mock ups ready for production. Products include dog lead, dog collar and dog harness. The 2D wire frame should be a technical drawing showing measurements, dimensions and technical things like fabric choice and materials. Like a schematic / wireframe so a factory can look at it and know what to do. I will provide reference images, as well as a written brief and some AI generated images which convey the product. You don't need experience in pet products, but more of an understanding of how things are made and how to put that across in a design. I will need to see some examples of your work, 2D and 3D. Stage 4 Technical Plans

Hello, We require Stage 4 technical plans to submit to Building Control. Please find the current drawings attached for your review. Separately, we may also be interested in commissioning an overall site layout/masterplan for the property. This would show how the various areas are intended to be used, including elements such as the driveway, parking, orchard, vegetable growing areas, seating spaces, grazing land, and any other future landscaping or land-use proposals. This is primarily for our own long-term planning purposes and is not essential to the erection or installation of the barn itself. Finally, if you work closely with any Building Control specialists or approved inspectors, we have not yet appointed anyone and would be happy to receive recommendations and quotations for this aspect of the project as well. The site need fixes clean up the technical and on-page issues that hold a site back, like broken pages, slow loads, weak titles, indexing problems and thin content. I know that improves overall site health and will win back some of the smaller rankings fairly quickly. We need to find more products like "garden drinks cooler" and "drinks cooler table" sitting near the top of page one we can push up. The site had a big drop around September 2025, and lost page one rankings for a lot of high value terms all at once, like patio heaters, cantilever parasols and pizza ovens, this can be recovered. That kind of sudden, sitewide loss usually points to one root cause, such as a technical change, an indexing issue or an algorithm hit, rather than lots of small problems. So the fixes are the right foundation and will show early movement, but the bigger prize is finding what triggered the September drop and recovering those rankings. That's where the real traffic is, and it's what I'd want to focus on.
