Global Kirtan App (GKA) is a non-denominational platform for kirtan, sacred sound, and bhakti practice, built for a global audience spanning devotional practitioners, yoga communities, sound healers, and spiritual-but-not-religious users. It's a freemium mobile app combining regular practices, audio/video streaming, a lyrics library with translations, tutorials, event discovery (map + calendar), facilitator and community profiles, and an instrument shop. This isn't a from-scratch build. A working Flutter app already exists with a live backend, and it's been through an independent technical audit — we know its real strengths and its real problems. We're looking for a developer to pick it up from here. The Role This is deliberately not a full-time position, and we can't offer at this time. What we're looking for instead is someone willing to become our standing point of contact for this codebase — available reliably when work comes in, understanding upfront that hours will vary month to month and neither side is committing to fixed employment. If you need guaranteed steady hours, this probably isn't the right fit; if you're comfortable with an ongoing, flexible working relationship and want to be the person who knows this app inside out over time, it might be exactly right. There's no guarantee here — but a developer who proves reliable and becomes a genuine fit for this project would be our first call for full-time or expanded part-time work, once we're actually in a position to offer it. First phase — roughly 20 hours: • Fix the known issues from our existing audit. • Begin work on a new Practice tool — a planned addition to the app's core navigation. I am a chartered accountant. I am looking to subcontract a specialist accounting assignment involving the historical reconstruction of crypto transactions for a UK client. The film is built around two recurring characters having a conversation. We are a UK-based travel company looking for an experienced freelance Travel Business Growth Manager to help us grow the business and increase enquiries and bookings. We already have the business infrastructure in place, including ATOL protection, TTA membership, a website, travel suppliers and a range of holiday products. However, we are looking for someone with strong experience in the travel industry who can review our current approach, identify what is not working and help us develop and implement a clear strategy for growth. The role will include reviewing our current products, pricing, website, marketing and sales process, identifying the best products and markets to focus on, overseeing our advertising strategy, improving lead generation and conversion, and helping develop the business commercially. We are particularly looking for someone who has: • Previous experience working with or managing a UK travel agency or tour operator • A strong understanding of travel sales, marketing and business development • Experience generating and converting travel enquiries into bookings • Knowledge of package holidays, suppliers and the UK travel industry • An understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads and how to assess their performance • Experience developing and marketing group tours or tailor-made holidays Experience with TTA (The Travel Trust Association) would be highly desirable. I have a completed rough first draft of an evaluation report that already contains all content & analysis and is largely structured as it should be. I have used AI to pull it together, using written material and analysis I have previously produced for this project, and have since done a second pass to refine it a bit. My normal next step would be to now go through it again and re-write it up properly and humanly - removing/with no AI writing, removing repetition across and between sections, verbosity, and generally fine-tuning the content as well as structure/flow within each sub-section. Through this process, I am aiming to reduce the word count from approximately 16,000-18,000 to approximately 10,000-12,000 I am looking for someone with writing experience to take over this final step and to ghost-rewrite this report in terms of those aspects mentioned above.
