Freelancer Required – Business Directory Submissions for Two UK Websites

I am looking for a reliable freelancer to manually submit two UK business websites to reputable online business directories, industry directories and relevant listing websites.

The two websites are:

Trade Skills Hub Academy provides business guides, training resources, courses and practical tools aimed primarily at tradespeople, apprentices, training providers and small trade businesses.

**TradeProfit App**
tradeprofitapp.com

TradeProfit is an online job costing and profit management app designed for tradespeople and small trade businesses. It helps users calculate charge-out rates, overheads, job costs, materials, mark-up and actual job profit.

Scope of Work

I will provide an Excel spreadsheet containing approximately **40 target directories for each website**.

The freelancer will be required to:

- Submit each website manually to the directories listed.
- Create business profiles where required.
- Enter the correct business name, website URL, description and category.
- Use the business information supplied by me.
- Add the logo where the directory allows it.
- Add relevant social media links where appropriate.
- Select the most relevant business category or categories.
- Complete as much of each listing as reasonably possible.
- Avoid duplicate listings.
- Avoid spammy, low-quality or unrelated directories.
- Do not use automated directory-submission software.
- Keep a record of every submission.

## Reporting

The supplied spreadsheet must be updated for every directory with:

- Directory name
- Directory URL
- Website submitted
- Date submitted
- Listing/profile URL
- Status: Live / Pending Approval / Submitted / Rejected / Unable to Submit
- Username or email used if applicable
- Any action required from me
- Notes

Screenshots or other evidence of successful submissions may be requested where a live profile URL is not immediately available.

I do not want hundreds of low-quality backlinks or automated SEO submissions.

The objective is to create genuine, accurate business citations and profiles on reputable directories that are relevant to UK businesses, tradespeople, education, training, software, SaaS and small businesses.

Consistency of the business information across directories is important.

Skills Required

You should have previous experience with:

- Local SEO / citation building
- Off-page SEO
- Business profile creation
- UK business directories
- Excel or Google Sheets

Experience working with UK businesses would be an advantage.
