I need a SketchUp skilled design student/freelancer to create trade show stand visual designs. We are an interior design company, so knowledge of this industry would be nice but not essential. We have designs in PDF form of our previous years stand made in SketchUp which you will be able to copy/refer to.

I am looking for someone who can produce a final render of a bathroom design I have created. I have drawn all units and created all the texture maps into the design. It is important particular attention is paid to the following: The large mirror is uplit with LEDS from the copper splashback feature. The glass top under the basin has LED's behind the back edge, so when on the edge of the glass can be illuminated. The etched copper in the design is the main feature. The Dark Oak worktop will be oiled, thus the sheen may need adding. The texture maps I have added are visually correct, but I do not have PBR textures, and as such, textures may need to be added. Texture would likely need to be added to: The door frontals with a vertical wood grain The worktop wood grain The flooring woodgrain Glass worktop would need reflective qualities as would the sanitaryware. The taps are matt black I have included images of the design for reference. I need a quick turnaround on this, the person must know that these are for final client presentation, and realism is important.

This model is being developed specifically as a base for high-fidelity AI rendering. Precision and proper organization are paramount. NB. A limit of 3 files means the .dxf contains all layers. 3D SketchUp 2020 from OBJ or E57 and house design

UK large house. Need to convert into SketchUp the survey data (captured using matterport) and then model in the new proposed dwelling. Client is considering different options on the site and want a 3D view to be able to decide which option to progress to construction.
