3D sketchup barn conversion

We are looking for someone to finish a 3D model of a double height space within a barn conversion. We have a skp file and the dwg file. Our clients are trying to decide on whether they would like to have a bedroom above both sides of the large space, or whether to go without one of the bedrooms in favour of having full height to the top of the roof above the kitchen. We'd like for someone to fill out the design of the space a little with a mockup for the kitchen (we have a reference image) and wood floor, wall colour etc to make it look realistic. We'd then like to have multiple screenshots of viewpoints of a) the space without the bedroom above the kitchen and b) the space with the kitchen above it.

I ama a landscape architect and work in sketchup and have just signed up to D5 render I am a novice and would like to book a series of training sessions, probably at least 10 of about 45-60 minutes duration and interactive with a screenshare starting from a very basic level. Hi there! I am planning a renovation of the first floor of my apartment in Greece. The current layout consists of two rooms facing the sea and another apartment with two rooms on the opposite side, facing the road. My objective is to merge the two sea-facing rooms (right side of the floor plan) into one larger space that will accommodate a kitchen and beds for four people. I am also considering installing a bathroom, either in the middle of this space or possibly swapping the location with the existing bathroom. Additionally, I am considering building a new wall where the plan indicates "1.15 meters" and creating a new door to provide separate access to the road-facing apartment (left side of the floor plan), which includes two rooms and a kitchen.
