Replicate 2D architectural drawings in Sketchup

I need the attached plans and elevations traced/drawn in SketchUp 2026. There is a later drawing for the East elevation, which needs to be incorporated. To be clear, I do not need two versions of the East elevation, I just need the parts of the house shown in the separate East elevation to be drawn in place of those shown in the combined plan. Dimensions for the elevations should match or be very close to the relevant parts of the floorplan - as the attached has been scanned it may be necessary to re-scale slightly to match these up. Do not include text, title blocks, any hatching or linework for roof tiles, however all other details should be drawn as closely as possible without introducing too many poly lines. For this reason I would prefer the drawings to be traced manually rather than using a script, but ultimately so long as the output is useable it isn't critical how it is achieved. The output file should be a single .skp file.

I am looking for someone who can produce a final render of a bathroom design I have created. I have drawn all units and created all the texture maps into the design. It is important particular attention is paid to the following: The large mirror is uplit with LEDS from the copper splashback feature. The glass top under the basin has LED's behind the back edge, so when on the edge of the glass can be illuminated. The etched copper in the design is the main feature. The Dark Oak worktop will be oiled, thus the sheen may need adding. The texture maps I have added are visually correct, but I do not have PBR textures, and as such, textures may need to be added. Texture would likely need to be added to: The door frontals with a vertical wood grain The worktop wood grain The flooring woodgrain Glass worktop would need reflective qualities as would the sanitaryware. The taps are matt black I have included images of the design for reference. I need a quick turnaround on this, the person must know that these are for final client presentation, and realism is important.

STL file of a hand basin for 3D print

I’m looking to make this basic sketchup model of a hand basin into an stl file ready for 3D printing. The issue that I have is that the model isn’t solid, I would like to add a 5mm radius to the edges and a slight dip in the centre of the water run.
