3d model of flat

Hello, I am looking for a skilled SketchUp modeler to create a high-quality 3D model of an apartment based on the provided floor plan.

The floor plan has already been imported into SketchUp.

Scope of work:

Model all walls.
Model windows with accurate details and good-quality geometry.
Model the floor and ceiling. height= 258 cm
Add baseboards (skirting boards). height 8 cm white
Model electrical switches and power outlets.
Do not include any furniture, fixtures, or interior equipment.

Project information:

Ceiling height: 258 cm.
Reference photos of the apartment will be provided.

Requirements:

The SketchUp model must be clean, accurate, and well organized.
Use high-quality window modeling.
Organize the model using layers (tags) and groups/components for easy editing and navigation.
