3d exterior and interior architectural rendering

I need a 3D model created from existing 2D architectural plans for a barn conversion and associated site development on a rural farm property in Tickenham, North Somerset (UK).

Scope of work:

Convert 2D floor plans, elevations, and site layout into an accurate 3D model
Include exterior massing and elevations true to the architect's drawings
Show the building in context of the surrounding site/land (topography if possible)
Deliver in a common format (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar — happy to discuss)
Optional: photorealistic exterior renders once the model is complete (useful for planning submission visuals)

What I'll provide:

Architect's 2D plans and elevations (PDF/CAD, from 36 Design)
Site survey/boundary info
Any planning documents relevant to the site

Ideal freelancer:

Experience turning architectural drawings into clean, accurate 3D models
Familiarity with UK residential/agricultural planning visuals is a plus (these may support a planning application)
Good communication — I'll need a couple of rounds of revisions as the design may still be evolving
