Create a 3D model in sketch-up from renders of a flagship store

I’m looking for an experienced SketchUp draftsperson to create an accurate 3D model for a proposed 1,800 m² retail environment within a shopping mall.

I have a simple ground plan and a series of renders which need to be recreated accurately in 3D.

Please propose costs for three levels of detail:

Level 1 – Base Model
Perimeter walls, structural columns, internal walls and main structural/architectural elements.

Level 2 – Detailed Model
Additional detail to the above, including the principal retail elements, shelving, joinery, features, profiles and other details visible in the supplied renders.

Level 3 – High Detail
A highly detailed model, potentially approaching shop-drawing level. We may not require this level at this stage, but please indicate what you could provide and the additional cost.

The model must be accurate, clean and very well organised, with elements grouped and separated into as many sensible tags/layers as possible to make navigation, isolation and future use straightforward.
