UK Planning Consultant Required – Full Planning Application (Clay Cross, Derbyshire) Project I require an experienced UK Planning Consultant to prepare and submit a full planning application for a proposed development of two flexible commercial units at 8 Thanet Street, Clay Cross, Derbyshire. I already have concept drawings and a proposed site layout. I am looking for a planning professional to review the proposal, strengthen it where necessary, prepare the planning documentation and manage the application through to submission.
