We are building an advanced AI-powered business automation platform that helps businesses manage AI employees, customer communication, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and business workflows.
The platform is already developed and functional. We are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer / SaaS UI/UX Designer to redesign the entire user experience and interface into a modern, premium, clean, and easy-to-use product.
This project is focused on product design, UX improvement, and visual redesign. No major backend or functionality development is required.
About the Role
We need a designer who can think like a product owner, not only create attractive screens.
The goal is to transform the platform into a world-class SaaS product with:

- Review the current platform
- Identify usability problems

UI Redesign
Create modern designs for:
- Dashboard
- All application modules
- Navigation system
- Forms
- Tables
- Cards
- Settings pages
- User onboarding
- Empty states
- Loading states
- Error states
Design System Creation
Develop a complete design system including:
- Colour palette
- Typography
- Spacing system
- Buttons
- Components
- Cards
- Forms
- Tables
- Icons
- Responsive rules
Responsive Design
Create:
- Desktop experience
- Tablet experience
- Mobile-friendly application design
The mobile experience should feel like a professional app.
Important Design Requirements
The design should be:
