PROJECT OVERVIEW I’m building a financial stock news screener focused initially on UK (AIM & Main Market) and then later US small-cap stocks. The system is designed to filter genuinely market-moving news from daily noise. This is an ongoing build, not a one-off task. I’m looking for one capable individual developer (not an agency) who can own the technical implementation and iterate with me as the logic evolves. Where necessary, I want the option to work side-by-side in person for short periods, so UK or Europe location matters. WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES (HIGH LEVEL) - Ingests real-time and scheduled stock news from multiple APIs (UK & US) - Parses and classifies news using firstly rules, secondly AI - Scores news for market impact (positive / negative / neutral) - Flags dilution, governance and risk signals - Outputs structured alerts and internal dashboards This is a logic-heavy, data-driven project, not a UI-first build. Website Refresh & Content Simplification for E-commerce Site

It is a solid, established site (live for ~5 years) with strong content and SEO foundations, but it has grown organically over time and now feels over-complicated and less intuitive than it should be. (These are images of an old project.. you would be working on new items) - The white Example is what our foam prototypes look like (this is the type of photo I would give you) - The green photo is of the REAL fully built leather costume (not a great photo, but I have a palette of all the colours we make in for you to work from) - the final image was a very quick a.i generated image which I felt was pretty good BUT it is NOT able to stay 100% faithful to the design in my WHITE foam master. I’m looking for someone who would be able to generate or paint an 1-2 images using our foam prototype images into a photo realistic final images that are an accurate representation of what the design will look like made out of leather, using the colours and finishes of my past designs as well as detailing. This potentially will be an ongoing requirement of 1-2 images per month, but turnaround time needs to be a maximum of seven days for each project from start to completion. I’m planning to renovate part of my living room. Specifically, the space currently includes a built-in metal structure and an old fireplace, both of which I would like to completely remove and redesign from scratch.
