Description
About us:
I run a startup agency with around 20 team members, and we’re expanding our business and client base. Most of our projects are web-based, and we work with international clients, so communication is very important for us.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in full-stack development
Good English communication skills
Ability to explain technical things in simple words to non-technical clients
Reliable, collaborative, and responsible mindset
Comfortable joining client meetings/interviews when needed
Tech stack can vary depending on projects, but experience with modern web technologies is important.
We’re looking for someone interested in stable and long-term cooperation, not just a short-term project.
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to send your experience, portfolio, and a short introduction about yourself.
Looking forward to working together.

Hi I have a few questions before submit.
1. technologies are used most frequently across your client projects?
2. Are most projects new builds, ongoing maintenance, or legacy system modernization?
3. What percentage of projects involve AI integrations, SaaS platforms, or eCommerce?
4. Do developers typically work across the full stack or specialize in frontend/backend?Zachary ..55 minutes agoThanks for your questions.
1. The technologies depend on the client project, but most commonly we work with React, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Laravel, APIs, cloud services, and modern full-stack web technologies.
2. It’s a mix of all three. Some projects are new builds, some are long-term maintenance projects, and others involve upgrading or modernizing older systems.
3. Recently, we’ve been seeing more SaaS and AI-related projects. eCommerce projects also come in regularly depending on the client.
4. It depends on the developer and project requirements. Some developers work across the full stack, while others focus more on frontend or backend specialization.
