The Assets Provided: Topographical Base: Legally licensed OS MasterMap .DXF including 1m LiDAR contours and OS Crown Copyright License number. Technical Brief: A finalized document specifying all internal dimensions, required layouts, and strict site constraints. Design State: The design is 100% finalized. This is a drafting-only role to formalize my exact requirements into a professional submission pack. (Note: Complex foul water drainage design is already being handled by a separate civil engineer and is not part of this scope). Scope of Work & Required Drawings: 1. Site Location Plan (1:1250 or 1:2500)Must show the mandatory Red Line encompassing the developed footprint and the Blue Line for the remainder of the 16ha landholding. 2.
