SketchUp file into Fully editable REVIT file

I need a sketchup file replicated in REVIT that can be fully editable when in REVIT. It is NOT to be just exported from SU and imported into REVIT or an IFC export. Both are unacceptable to my requiremenets or importing into a REVIT family and then exploded. All do not work fully.
