I am looking for an architect with very high skill set in Revit, able to use my template with component library to create realistic 3D models and elevation views. Must be honest in tracking hours spent on the project and able to work in a timely manner. Ability to join video calls to do a working session. Create Revit model of house

I am looking for someone to produce a Revit Model of an existing house - the property is a single storey 2 bedroom house in the UK, 85m2 floor area. I will provide a floor plan, point cloud scan, reference images and all requirements from the the survey. I can share examples of what I would anticipate being delivered, but I would term this as a very simple model, LOD 200/300. I have several similar projects and an ongoing workstream of this due to increased workload, interested to connect with with people who would like to work on a longer term arrangement with regular work.
