Part\-Time Architectural Technician \(London, UK\)

IRIV Design is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician based in London to support our growing portfolio of commercial workplace fit-out projects.

We are looking for someone with:

* Strong experience delivering RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
* Commercial office/workplace fit-out experience.
* Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
* Experience coordinating with M&E, structural engineers and contractors.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a bonus).
* The ability to work independently and communicate confidently with the project team.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time as our workload grows. We are open to a zero-hours/flexible contract for the right candidate.

Ideally, you’ll be based in London and available to attend coordination meetings or occasional site visits when required.
