Hello Background I have a trading Company with 5 shareholders - 4 individuals and a UK Limited Company (HOLD). Each shareholders at present holds 20% (20 x £1 Ordinary shares) so 100 shares currently in issue Work required One individual has agreed to sale his 20 shares to the Company for a consideration of £1,000. I require someone to prepare the necessary paperwork to transfer the shares back to the Company and then cancel the shares by completing the necessary paperwork to be filed at Companies House, etc The shares held by the UK Company (HOLD) - 5 shares to be transferred to a Director for a consideration of £1,000. This leaves the UK Company (HOLD) with 15 shares. These 15 shares are to be sold to the trading Company for a consideration of £40,000. Again the necessary paperwork needs to be prepared for the transfer and cancellation at Companies House, etc Once completed, the trading Company will be left with 65 shares - 3 x 20 shares held by the existing shareholders and 5 shares held by the Director I have the Companies House authentication code for the trading Company and can share this or file the documents direct at Companies House I have selected the budget as suggested but am prepared to pay more depending on the quotes received and work require I am flexible on time but would ideally like all the work done and filed within 2 weeks
