Rapid Low-Code AI Document-Parsing Web Prototype (Secure Cloud Tenant) in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI Project Overview: I need a highly concise, working prototype of a secure web application interface. The sole purpose of this app is to demonstrate a secure, live text-processing pipeline during a brief stakeholder review. It must ingest a raw text document/dataset, simulate a structured evaluation process against a pre-set compliance rubric, and dynamically display an optimization analytics page. Key Requirements to Implement: 1. Secure File Upload Interface A minimal, clean user interface with a file drop zone labeled: "Secure Sandbox: Upload Manuscript / Dataset Draft (PDF, DOCX, or CSV)". A secondary text field labeled: "Alternative Manual Input: Paste Methodology / Text Details". A dropdown parameter selector: [Parameter Group A / Baseline Metrics Checklist]. 2. Localized Governance Engine Setup Connect this frontend interface securely to an LLM endpoint (via Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Studio template, or a standard private API pipeline). Define system prompts to parse the document's sections (checking for structural clarity, data mapping consistency, and alignment with baseline formatting rules). 3. Dynamic Output & Accountability Dashboard Upon document submission, the UI must refresh dynamically to show: Maturity / Verification Score: A clean progress gauge (e.g., Ecosystem Readiness Level: 84%). Compliance Rules Checklist: Visual indicators displaying: [Passed] Citation & Data Anonymization Check [Passed] Methodological Parameter Scope [Warning] Formatting Ambiguity Detected in Section 3 Actionable Next Steps: A generated text box detailing exactly what parameters need optimization. Technical Constraints: Must be deployed on a functional, live preview web URL so I can interact with it live during the meeting. Data privacy configuration must be explicitly set to ensure no data processed is utilized for public model training datasets. Important Fail-Safe: Hardcode a single specific fallback template path into the interface so that if the live internet connection fluctuates during the review, the target upload file will immediately trigger the exact correct completed dashboard layout cleanly.

I have just this evening written a poem, I still need to revise it slightly, but I would ideally love someone who could compile a 3:29 video with background music 'Sand Drawing - Judah Earl'. I have read it out loud with this song playing quietly in the background, I am no video editor, but with weeks of planning and software and time - which I do not have - I may be able to pull something off. Alas, I require the help of a professional. I have worked out roughly, each video needs to be 3-5 seconds long. I don't know whether it's easier to compile them all at 5 seconds and then shorten the clip to match the words? I have details below the scenes I would love to have based on the chronological order of the poem. The one caveat, is ideally I would love to make all the clips my own, using me, my friends and family. However, that will take much longer. Therefore, I thought, if I can pay someone to get the whole video created, with the text and timing done to a tee, then I could ideally work with you again to revise some if not all of the video clips and swap them out with my own. How does that sound? I don't know the price, might have to be an hourly basis. It would also be lovely if you have your own video footage, to make it personable, otherwise stock footage is fine. As I say, with potential revisions done later. Video Scene Order: 1- A man sat quietly on a bench in the background, looking somewhat sad, with hustle and bustle, crowds of people in the foreground passing by as he looks around. 2- A man or woman praying in a church, chapel, then looking out the stained glass window at the end. 3 - two friends hugging and talking 4 - A Mother and Father dancing or grandparents 5 - A man crying looking to the skies, cloudy grey skies, close up of the eyes, filled with sadness - this could be a couple of videos 6 - Sky scenes, clouds, rain, sunsets in the sky, birds flying, a few montage scenes 5-8 seconds 7 - Flying birds, like a murmuration of birds would be wonderful 8 - Crying person with great emotion, letting it all out, saying goodbye perhaps 9 - someone skimming with a stone, the stone disappears - farewell. another drop in the ocean so to speak. 10 - Traveller, explorer, filmed from behind, with a rugged backpack, climbing a hill, mountain, coast path, adventure themed, moving on, going forth with great strength. 11 - Young couple kissing, intimate, young love 12 - Older couple embracing, long lasting love 13 - Seasons Montage - Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. - beautiful. 14 - Clocking spinning, turning, large railway clock, maybe a time lapse of people at times quare station flying by - hinting time flying by. 15 - Someone thinking, deep in thought, pondering questions, maybe sat somewhere quiet. 16 - Something to portray gladness and sadness - good times and bad times, laughter and difficult times. 17 - Workout video, a man or woman pushing through the pain, close up shot in their eyes lifting heavy weight or at the gym, showing power, strength and resilience. 18 - Heartbreak, someone alone by a tree, in a park, relationship ended, sad tears, something to show the world falling around them, maybe leaves falling from a tree as a secondary video. 19 - Clear, calm seas, a beautiful shot of calm waves and maybe a sunset or a whale breaching. 20 - Trees blowing in the wind, shot looking up through the trees. 21 - Moonlight, a breeze at night, a night time scene, maybe the night sky and a shooting star afterwards. 22 - Sunrise, the most beautiful sunrise shot, maybe even with someone in it, looking at the sun as it rises. 23 - A man - me eventually - sat in a meadow, a lovely field, an old English Oak Tree, a wooden field gate, something such as this, looking into the sunset, the shot filmed from behind, contemplating life and lost in thought. End Scene. Thanks p.s. I don't have bags of money, but this is so special to me, I want it to be the first video on my new Instagram account, dedicated to my film making and poetry, reigniting my old self.

Member Engagement & Relationship Manager (Outbound Calling) **Location:** Remote **Hours:** Flexible (Initial project basis with the potential for ongoing work) **Company:** Beaufort Private Equity About Us Beaufort Private Equity is a private members' club focused on connecting sophisticated and high-net-worth investors with private investment opportunities, education, events, and industry insights. We have a community of over 1,000 members and pride ourselves on being a highly relationship-driven business. Unlike many organisations, we believe in building genuine relationships with our members and maintaining personal communication wherever possible. We are now seeking an experienced and professional individual to help us reconnect with members, strengthen engagement, and ensure our community continues to receive a high level of personal service. The Role This is **not a sales role**. You will be contacting existing members who have previously registered with Beaufort Private Equity. Some members may have become less engaged over time, unsubscribed from communications, changed email addresses, or simply not spoken with us for a while. Your role will be to reconnect with these members, understand their current situation, gather feedback, update records where required, and help strengthen relationships within our investor community. You will be representing Beaufort and therefore must be able to communicate professionally and confidently with business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and senior professionals. Responsibilities * Reconnect with existing members in a friendly, professional manner. * Update member contact information where required. * Understand why members may have disengaged from communications. * Gather feedback and insights from members. * Reintroduce members to our weekly updates, events, and communications. * Identify members who would welcome further contact from our team. * Maintain accurate call notes and CRM records. * Represent the Beaufort brand professionally at all times. * Escalate any opportunities, concerns, or member feedback to the team where appropriate. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will help us: * Re-establish contact with existing members. * Improve member engagement and communication. * Ensure member records remain accurate and up to date. * Identify members who would welcome further conversations with our team. * Gather valuable feedback to help us improve our member experience. * Strengthen relationships within our investor community. This is a quality-focused role rather than a volume-based calling position. We value meaningful conversations over call numbers. What We're Looking For We are specifically seeking someone who has: * Strong outbound calling experience. * Excellent communication, rapport-building, and listening skills. * A warm, professional, and relationship-focused approach. * Confidence speaking with business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and senior decision-makers. * Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records. * A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Highly Desirable Experience Experience within any of the following sectors would be advantageous: * Financial Services * Wealth Management * Private Equity * Investment Firms * Investor Relations * Membership Organisations * Professional Services * Business Coaching or Consulting Important This role is focused on relationship building, member engagement, and client care. We are **not** looking for aggressive salespeople or script-readers. We are looking for someone who can build rapport quickly, hold intelligent conversations, make people feel valued, and represent our business professionally. Application Requirements To help us identify the most suitable candidates, please include the following in your proposal: 1. A brief overview of your outbound calling experience. 2. Details of any experience working with investors, financial services firms, wealth management businesses, membership organisations, or professional services companies. 3. Examples of member engagement, client retention, reactivation, or relationship-building projects you have worked on. 4. Your expected hourly rate. 5. Your availability over the next four weeks. 6. How many quality outbound calls you would typically expect to complete per hour. 7. A short voice recording (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining why you would be suitable for this role. ### Important Please start your proposal with the words: **MEMBER ENGAGEMENT** Applications that do not follow this instruction may not be considered. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences for members, rather than someone focused purely on making sales calls.

UK Civil Litigation Lawyer for Commercial Lease Dispute Strategy
We are seeking a highly competent legal professional or legal consultancy team to assist with a UK-based civil litigation matter involving a commercial landlord-tenant dispute, contractual obligations under a lease/guarantee, evidential issues, potential appeal considerations, and related company/asset concerns. The matter is connected to proceedings in England and Wales. Therefore, applicants must have strong working knowledge of English civil litigation procedure, UK landlord and tenant law, contractual disputes, evidential rules, small claims/county court procedure, and appeal-review standards. We are open to international applicants, but applicants must be able to demonstrate either: 1. current qualification and authorisation as a solicitor, barrister, chartered legal executive, or other regulated legal professional in England and Wales; or 2. substantial, verifiable experience advising on English civil litigation and landlord-tenant disputes, ideally under or alongside UK-qualified lawyers. This project is for legal review, advisory support, litigation strategy, document review, risk analysis, and preparation of structured recommendations. It is not automatically an instruction for court representation, reserved legal activity, or advocacy unless separately agreed with an appropriately authorised UK legal professional. We require a calm, structured, evidence-led review. The successful applicant must avoid assumptions, emotional language, or unsupported allegations. The work must be legally disciplined and focused on practical options. Required Professional Profile The ideal candidate should have experience in one or more of the following: • England and Wales civil litigation; • County Court and small claims procedure; • commercial landlord and tenant disputes; • commercial lease disputes; • contractual liability and guarantor issues; • appeal merits review; • procedural fairness and evidential irregularity; • expert evidence and technical evidence issues; • enforcement/stay of enforcement; • company strike-off, asset tracing, creditor protection, or insolvency-related issues; • legal drafting and litigation strategy. Preference will be given to candidates who are: • SRA-regulated solicitors of England and Wales; • barristers authorised to practise in England and Wales, including public access barristers where appropriate; • Chartered Legal Executives or CILEX Practitioners authorised in relevant areas; • experienced UK civil litigation consultants working under appropriate legal supervision; • senior paralegals/legal researchers with demonstrable UK litigation experience, provided the limits of their role are made clear. Important Requirements The successful applicant must: • confirm their exact legal qualification/status; • provide regulator details or register link where applicable; • confirm whether they are authorised to give legal advice in England and Wales; • confirm whether they hold professional indemnity insurance, where applicable; • confirm any limitations on their role; • complete a conflict check before reviewing confidential documents; • sign or agree to confidentiality obligations; • work strictly from evidence and documents; • avoid defamatory or unsupported conclusions; • distinguish clearly between legal advice, litigation strategy, factual assumptions, and matters requiring further evidence. Initial Engagement Structure We prefer a staged engagement: Phase 1: Preliminary Review Review a limited document pack and produce an initial merits/risk memorandum. Phase 2: Detailed Legal Strategy If appropriate, undertake a deeper review of pleadings, court orders, transcript, evidence bundle, company records, and appeal/stay options. Phase 3: Drafting Support If appropriate, assist with drafting or reviewing: • appeal permission application materials; • stay application; • evidence chronology; • solicitor/barrister instructions; • company strike-off objection; • formal correspondence; • structured case summary. Representation or reserved legal activity will only be considered separately and only where the professional is appropriately authorised. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is precise, calm, litigation-minded, and experienced in England and Wales civil procedure. We are not looking for generic legal commentary. We need a practical legal review with clear priorities, procedural accuracy, and a realistic assessment of risk. Candidates who have experience with County Court appeals, commercial lease disputes, procedural unfairness arguments, expert evidence issues, or judgment-enforcement strategy are particularly encouraged to apply.
