Design for our brand of cleaning and air care products
We have our own brand of cleaning products, which are primarily sold in the UK, but are also sold elsewhere across Europe. We require a talented designer who can understand our branding and identity as we have a range of new products being launched for which designs are to be made. They must comply with regulations such as CLP and you must have an awareness of good quality design which will look premium and attractive to the consumer. Whilst this job is just to design the front and rear labels for 2 new products, there is scope for you to become our go-to designer for future projects, since we have 20+ products in the roadmap. Each product has a die-cut line, which the design must be within. We prefer someone we can pick up the phone to and have a conversation. Ownership is important. Any images or text used we must be able to own the intellectual property to avoid future issues.

We are an established UK sign manufacturer looking for an experienced Temu marketplace specialist to fully set up and optimise our Temu shop to an expert level. We manufacture and sell personalised house signs, address plaques and related products. A large part of our range also includes house signs with small solar-powered lights. Our Temu seller account is already open and Shopify is connected, but we now need somebody with genuine Temu experience to take ownership of the setup and get the entire shop working properly. What We Need Shopify → Temu Product Sync We need our products correctly synced from Shopify into Temu. The automatic Temu/Shopify listing process is not producing listings to the standard we require. Product information does not always transfer particularly well, so many listings will need to be manually reviewed and improved. This will include: Product titles Descriptions Bullet points / key features Variations and options Product attributes Categories Images Pricing Stock/inventory syncing General listing quality and optimisation We have a substantial product catalogue, so we need somebody comfortable working efficiently across a large number of listings. Solar Light Products & Temu Compliance This is particularly important. Many of our house signs incorporate a small solar-powered LED light. Temu is requesting certification/compliance documentation before allowing some of these products to be listed. We can obtain the necessary certification and documentation from our suppliers/manufacturers, but we need someone who understands Temu compliance requirements and can tell us exactly what documentation, certificates, test reports or declarations Temu requires for these products. We do not want to spend time and money obtaining unnecessary or incorrect certification. Therefore, applicants should ideally have previous experience dealing with Temu product compliance, electrical/solar products, certification requests and rejected/inactive listings. Complete Temu Shop Setup Ultimately, we want somebody to take responsibility for getting the entire Temu shop set up professionally and to an expert standard. This includes checking and configuring all relevant areas of the account, including: Product listings Shopify integration Inventory synchronisation Product categories and attributes Shipping and delivery settings Returns settings Compliance requirements Product approvals Pricing Shop configuration Any other settings required to operate successfully on Temu Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for a general Shopify freelancer who has never properly managed Temu. We specifically want somebody with genuine experience of Temu Seller Centre and setting up/managing Temu shops. When applying, please explain your previous Temu experience, particularly: Temu shops/accounts you have previously set up or managed. Your experience syncing Shopify products with Temu. Your experience manually improving listings after automatic product imports. Your experience dealing with Temu certification and product compliance. Whether you have dealt specifically with solar-powered or small electrical products. Whether you can manage the project from start to finish rather than simply advising us what to do. The end goal is straightforward: we want our complete product range correctly synced, professionally presented, compliant and live on Temu, with the entire shop configured properly and ready to operate.

Layout Designer for Premium Children's Christmas Product We're looking for an experienced graphic/print layout designer to production-design a premium personalised Christmas adventure for children aged approximately 5–8. The product concept, written content, gameplay and creative direction have already been developed. Illustrations will be supplied separately. We need someone who can transform the supplied content and artwork into a cohesive, professional, print-ready product system. The project includes materials such as: personalised letters envelopes mission/activity cards clue and evidence cards puzzles children's credentials/cards certificates maps parent instruction sheets small cut-out components The aesthetic is a premium, magical North Pole/Christmas world, with visual references supplied to the successful applicant. This should feel like a professionally published children's product rather than a generic downloadable activity pack. Key responsibilities You'll be responsible for: page and card layout typography information hierarchy consistent visual system integrating supplied illustrations print preparation reusable templates personalisation fields home-print and professional-print considerations Some text elements will contain variables such as a child's first name, so layouts need to accommodate editable personalisation fields. Print experience required You should be comfortable producing: A4/A5 layouts smaller cards/components 3mm bleed where required safe areas trim/cut lines 300dpi artwork print-ready PDFs editable source files home-print-friendly versions Initial paid trial We'd like to begin with one small section of the product to establish the visual system before commissioning the full project. The trial will involve approximately 6–8 related layouts, with all copy, artwork requirements and creative references supplied. Successful completion can lead directly to the remaining product design. To apply Please provide: 3–5 examples of relevant print/layout work software used print-production experience experience with children's products/publishing if applicable experience with personalised/variable layouts if applicable hourly/project rate estimated hours/cost for the trial turnaround time revisions included source files supplied commercial rights included Experience with children's publishing, games, activity products, card games, escape-room products or complex multi-component print projects would be particularly relevant.

Identifying correct commodity codes (10 digit) for 40,000 SKU's
We have recently taken on a lot more import and export of products from the EU and to the EU and worldwide. As part of that we need to be able to identify the correct commodity codes for each item we are selling and buying in. We have a list of approximately 40,000 SKUs which need correctly identifying and coding up. There will be grouping within them. There are groups of products but we need someone to help us go through that item detail and identify the correct codes for each.
6 days ago26 proposalsRemoteOn-page SEO for a small Shopify store
We run Northbridge Candle Co., a handmade candle and home fragrance brand on Shopify. The store has been live for about a year, we have ~30 SKUs, and organic traffic has been flat for months. We're looking for someone to handle on-page SEO for our homepage and 6 core product pages as a first small project. What we need delivered: Keyword research — 1 primary and 2–3 secondary keywords per page, based on real search volume and buyer intent (not just guessing). Rewritten title tags, meta descriptions and H1s that actually reflect the keywords. Product descriptions rewritten or edited so keywords sit naturally in the copy — no stuffing, our brand voice needs to survive. Image alt text for all product images. A short internal linking plan showing which pages should link to which and why. A one-page summary of everything that was changed and the reasoning. Delivery in a shared Google Doc so we can review before publishing. We'll implement on our side, unless you'd prefer to push the changes directly through Shopify (either works). We already have Google Search Console and GA4 set up and can share access. We're based in the US market, English only. Why this is worth your time even though the scope is small: We're deliberately starting with a small paid test project. We have a real ongoing SEO roadmap planned for Q1 — blog content (2–4 posts per month), off-page/link building, and SEO for two new product lines launching in January. If this first round is solid, we'd move straight into a monthly retainer with the same person. In your bid please include: - 1–2 examples of similar e-commerce or Shopify SEO work you've done (screenshots or links are fine) - Your suggested approach for our 7 pages - Realistic delivery timeline Timeline for this first project: ideally 7–10 days from kickoff. Thanks for reading — looking forward to your proposals.

YouTube SEO Manager – Create Videos From Our Website Content
We are looking for an experienced YouTube SEO and content specialist to create and manage YouTube content for an established UK business. The main objective is NOT simply to gain subscribers or produce attractive videos. We want to use YouTube as an additional SEO/search channel, creating useful videos that can rank for relevant searches on YouTube and Google and ultimately drive qualified traffic and enquiries. We already have a substantial website containing written content, product/service information and images. We want someone who can independently use the public-facing website as their source material — no access to our website backend will be required. The right person will: • Research our website and understand our products/services and target customers • Carry out keyword and competitor research to identify good YouTube opportunities • Develop a content plan based around commercially relevant searches and customer questions • Turn our existing website content and images into engaging YouTube videos • Use voiceover, graphics, animation, stock footage, screenshots and other appropriate material where required • Create professional thumbnails • Write SEO-focused video titles, descriptions and chapters • Upload, schedule and optimise videos directly on our YouTube channel • Organise playlists and optimise the channel • Monitor impressions, rankings, CTR, watch time and other relevant performance data • Use the results to continually improve future content We are particularly interested in someone who understands SEO and search intent, rather than someone who is purely a video editor or social media manager. You should be comfortable working independently. We do not want to have to provide scripts, video ideas or footage every week. We want you to be able to research our website, identify opportunities and turn the existing material into effective YouTube content. This project will initially be a PAID TRIAL. If the quality and strategy are good, we are interested in an ongoing monthly relationship managing and growing the channel. When applying, please include: 1. Examples of YouTube channels/videos you have personally worked on. 2. What parts of the process you handled yourself. 3. Examples of videos you have successfully optimised for YouTube or Google search. 4. How you would research keywords and decide which videos to create from an existing website. 5. What you would recommend producing during an initial trial. 6. Your proposed cost for the trial and your expected ongoing monthly cost if we continue. Please do not send a generic proposal. We are particularly interested in seeing evidence that you understand YouTube SEO, content strategy and search-driven video creation.

Our company brochure was recently designed and is finished to a very high standard there are quite a few grammatical errors that need addressing before going to print. because of the 5000 character limit I can not put them all in this description box and the brochure is too big to send over PPH. Due to me advertising previously and getting a lot of time wasters please supply your email address when applying so I can send you the documents all our communication and payments will be on PPH here is a small list of of the errors. there are 16 pages of errors but some of them pages have an error of one spelling mistake on the page. some of the pages have no spelling mistakes but need words deleting and grammatical reading issues. which will take minutes to do. here are some examples. PAGE 1 — Cover Current Professional Cleaning for the Modern Workplace This is actually a good headline. The cover has a corporate feel rather than looking like a domestic-cleaning leaflet. I would consider changing the subtitle slightly You could make the audience clearer: Professional Cleaning for London Workplaces & Managed Properties or Professional Commercial Cleaning Across London The current phrase “Modern Workplace” makes it sound mainly like an office-cleaning brochure, whereas the brochure also targets property managers, communal developments and other sectors. This isn't essential. The existing cover is perfectly usable. PAGE 2 — Contents There is an immediate spelling mistake: “End of Tennancy Cleaning” should be: “End of Tenancy Cleaning”. I'd also change: “Why Choose us” to: “Why Choose Us” And you may want: “After the Builders Cleaning” to become the more conventional: “After Builders Cleaning” or, better for corporate clients: “Post-Construction & After Builders Cleaning” Bigger strategic change Your contents currently treats every service almost equally. If this is becoming your commercial outreach brochure, I would reorder it so the most valuable services come first: About West Clean Our Team Office & Commercial Cleaning Communal & Property Management Cleaning Healthcare Cleaning Post-Construction / After Builders Cleaning End of Tenancy Cleaning Why Choose West Clean Client Testimonials Our Experience How We Work Contact That would match the market you're trying to win. PAGE 3 — About Us The opening says: “Drawing on more than 15 years in professional cleaning services…” That's good. But later you say 25 years combined experience. That's not necessarily contradictory, but a reader could wonder which figure is correct. I'd make the distinction explicit: “West Clean has more than 15 years' trading experience, supported by over 25 years of combined industry experience across our team.” That solves the issue. Current sentence “We provide a dependable and seamless cleaning service to a diverse portfolio of clients…” Fine, although I'd tighten it. Suggested version West Clean provides dependable professional cleaning services to businesses, property managers, estate agents and organisations across London. Then: With more than 15 years' experience, we understand that commercial cleaning is about more than appearance. Reliability, communication, consistency and accountability are equally important. That's much stronger commercially. Your present copy becomes quite long and generic. Testimonial attribution You have: “- Lauren Ouno App” I'd change that to something clearer: Lauren — Finance & Operations, Ouno App assuming that is accurate and you have permission. PAGE 4 — Our Team This page is fundamentally good. It currently says: “Each member is carefully selected, fully trained, and committed to upholding the highest standards…” Good. Later: “we use only premium biodegradable cleaning products.” Be careful with “only”. If West Clean ever uses bleach, descaler, specialist chemicals, solvents, disinfectants or another non-biodegradable product when required, the statement becomes inaccurate. I'd say: “Where appropriate, we prioritise high-quality, environmentally responsible cleaning products while ensuring the correct products and methods are used for each site.” More credible. I would add one commercial sentence “Our cleaning teams work to documented site specifications, with ongoing supervision and quality checks to help maintain consistent standards.” That appeals to facilities/property managers. PAGE 5 — Office & Commercial Cleaning This is one of your most important pages. The main copy says: “Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager and a trusted team of trained cleaners…” That's strong. I'd make this page even more B2B-focused. Add a small section such as: Suitable for: • Offices • Managed properties • Professional practices • Shared workspaces • Retail and commercial premises • Property-management portfolios

AI Pricing & Valuation System
# Tender Brief – AI Pricing & Valuation System ## Project Overview We are a multi-site second-hand retail business operating a buy, sell and buyback model. We currently value products using a combination of: * eBay sold prices * CEX prices * Customer history * Our own large historical transaction database * Current stock levels * Staff experience We are looking for a software / AI development partner to build an intelligent pricing engine that integrates with our existing EPOS system. ## Objective The system should recommend the optimal price we should offer a customer for a product. It should use both our own historical data and external market data to produce a more dynamic and commercially accurate valuation. The aim is to improve: * Buying accuracy * Gross profit * Stock turn * Consistency between stores * Offer acceptance * Inventory management ## Initial System Requirements The first version should ideally: * Identify and standardise the product being valued * Analyse our historic purchase and selling data * Incorporate eBay and CEX market pricing * Predict likely resale price * Predict expected time to sale * Consider current stock and sales demand * Recommend an acquisition price * Provide a confidence score * Allow staff to override the recommendation * Record results so the system can improve over time Example output: **Recommended offer: £405** Expected resale: £550 Expected sale time: 19 days Current stock: 4 30-day sales: 27 AI confidence: 96% ## Technical Approach We expect the solution to integrate with our existing EPOS through an API. We are open to the supplier recommending the most appropriate technologies, potentially including: * Machine learning such as XGBoost or LightGBM * OpenAI or similar AI models for product identification and image analysis * External market-data integrations * Predictive pricing models * Inventory and demand modelling We do not expect a large-language model alone to determine product prices. ## Our Data We hold a substantial database including information such as: * Products * Purchase prices * Selling prices * Purchase and sale dates * Stock history * Store/location * Product condition * Customer history * Buyback history * Staff valuations * Current inventory The successful supplier will need to assess the quality and structure of this data and recommend how it should be used. ## Initial Rollout We would ideally operate the system in **shadow mode** initially. The AI would calculate its recommended price alongside our existing staff valuations without influencing the actual transaction. This would allow us to compare: * AI recommendation * Staff recommendation * Actual amount paid * Eventual selling price * Stock days * Actual profitability Only once the model has demonstrated improved performance would it be introduced into live pricing. ## Future Development The system should ideally be capable of later expanding into: * Buyback-specific pricing * Dynamic retail pricing * Automatic markdown recommendations * Store-to-store stock transfers * Inventory optimisation * Product demand forecasting ## What We Would Like From Suppliers Please provide: * Your proposed technical solution * Relevant experience * Recommended AI / machine-learning approach * How you would integrate with our EPOS * How you would use our existing data * Approach to eBay / CEX market data * Development costs * Ongoing costs * Proposed project stages * Examples of similar work We are particularly interested in suppliers with experience in retail pricing, second-hand goods, machine learning, dynamic pricing, inventory optimisation or EPOS integrations. ## Key Question As part of your proposal, please explain: **How would you prove that the AI pricing recommendations are commercially better than the decisions currently being made by our experienced staff?**

AI-Powered Consumer Decision Platform — MVP Development
Summary We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or small development agency to build the MVP of a new AI-powered consumer decision platform. The product will help users describe a purchasing need in natural language, answer a small number of clarification questions, and receive personalised product recommendations drawn from approved commercial data sources. The platform will be web-based, mobile-first, highly automated and designed for lean founder-led operation. Core MVP Requirements The successful developer should be able to build: • Conversational AI interface • Natural-language requirement extraction • Intelligent clarification questions • Product/API data retrieval • Structured recommendation logic • Personalised recommendation outputs • User accounts and saved preferences • Saved recommendations and multi-item lists • Affiliate/merchant tracking integration • Analytics and founder administration dashboard • Responsive mobile-first web experience • Secure API and authentication architecture The AI layer should use a modern LLM API such as OpenAI, but factual product information should come from authorised external data sources rather than model-generated guesses. The system should be designed so that multiple merchant or product-data integrations can be added over time. Preferred Experience Strong candidates should have experience with several of the following: • Full-stack web development • React / Next.js / TypeScript • Shopify or headless commerce • OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs • AI tool/function calling • Recommendation systems • Product feeds and third-party APIs • Affiliate or ecommerce integrations • PostgreSQL / Supabase or equivalent • OAuth and secure authentication • Analytics/event tracking • Cloud deployment • API security Experience building AI-powered ecommerce, recommendation, search or marketplace-style applications is particularly valuable. Important This is not primarily a Shopify-theme project and is not suitable for someone whose main experience is installing themes, adding chatbot plugins or manually uploading products. The project requires genuine custom AI/API development. Initial Deliverables The MVP should allow a user to: 1. Enter a purchasing requirement in natural language. 2. Answer relevant clarification questions. 3. Receive personalised recommendations based on real product data. 4. Understand why options were recommended. 5. Follow tracked merchant links. 6. Create an account after receiving value. 7. Save and revisit recommendations. 8. Return later with retained context. A private founder dashboard should also provide visibility into user activity, AI usage, outbound merchant activity and basic commercial performance. Project Structure We prefer a milestone-based fixed-price engagement covering: • Technical architecture • MVP development • AI integration • External product/API integration • Authentication and user accounts • Analytics • Testing • Security review • Production deployment • Technical documentation • Handover Proposal Requirements Please provide: 1. Relevant project examples. 2. AI/LLM integration experience. 3. Ecommerce/API integration experience. 4. Recommended technical architecture. 5. Shopify/headless commerce experience, if relevant. 6. Proposed timeline. 7. Milestone-based pricing. 8. Current availability. 9. Any major technical risks you foresee. Shortlisted candidates will receive the full project specification after signing a confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality The full business model, product architecture, commercial strategy, proprietary recommendation logic and detailed technical specification will only be disclosed to shortlisted candidates following execution of an NDA. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to basic ecommerce site builds or off-the-shelf chatbot implementations.
