    Quick couple of clarifiers so I can scope this correctly:

    1. What platform is your website on (e.g., WordPress + a property plugin, Wix, custom), and does it support bulk import (CSV/XML) or is this manual entry?

    2. How will you provide the content: a spreadsheet with all property fields + a folder of photos named per property, or is the info currently unstructured (emails/PDFs/links)?
