Write an IR35 Compliant B2B Contract

We need assistance drafting an IR35 compliant B2B contract. We are a recruitment agency engaging a consultant operating through their limited company to deliver services to one of our clients on an outside IR35 basis. Hi, I'm looking for someone to edit 3 corporate videos I shot. They are videos of someone speaking, shot with 2 camera angles and a 3rd cam to add some detail (hands etc). Audio was recorded as a separate file.
