SOCIAL MEDIA CREATOR / MANAGER – BAR, LOUNGE & RESTAURANT

We are launching a new Afro-Caribbean restaurant, bar and lounge in South London (CR7) and are looking for a creative, hands-on social media person liging in the UK preferably CR7 or surrounding postcode to help build buzz and grow our presence ahead of opening and beyond.

This is not a generic posting role — we are looking for someone who understands vibe, culture, and nightlife energy.

WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for someone who can:

Create engaging content for:
Instagram
TikTok
Facebook / X
Capture and edit content:
Short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
Behind-the-scenes clips
Food, drinks, and vibe content
Help build pre-opening hype
Post consistently and creatively
Suggest content ideas (not just execute instructions)

IDEAL PERSON

Experience working with:
Restaurants / bars / lounges / nightlife brands
Strong understanding of:

Creative thinker (not just scheduler)
Able to work with a startup budget
Local to London preferred (for content capture)
