Video Editor Needed for Challenge / Self-Experiment Videos

Im a new creator and i’m looking for a video editor for long-form YouTube videos based around challenge and self-experiment content.

Examples of the type of videos I’ll be filming:
• I walked 20,000 steps a day for 14 days
• I quit caffeine for 7 days
• I tried intermittent fasting
• I followed an influencer workout plan for 30 days
• I tested viral fat loss tips

I need an editor who understands:
• YouTube pacing and retention
• storytelling from daily clips
• turning raw footage into an engaging video
• clean subtitles/text on screen
• light sound design/music
• before/after structure
• humour and personality without making it feel overedited or childish

The style I want is:
• engaging
• clean
• modern
• documentary/challenge style
• not too flashy
• not over-the-top TikTok editing

What I will provide:
