Looking for freelance Miniature Painting jobs and project work? PeoplePerHour has you covered.
Freelance print production/surface pattern needed
I have original hand-painted artwork that I want to turn into personalised 28 × 38 cm melamine placemats. I have the manufacturer’s print template/specification. I have the pdfs of the scanned in artwork and I need someone to prepare them as print-ready artwork, including scanning/clean-up, colour correction, sizing, bleed and placement, while retaining the hand-painted appearance. I also need them to be able to add names to the placemats in the colours I want so that these can be personalised for children.

Help designing window layout to the front elevation of a house
I have a project which I propose to start next April. This will be our 5th project, so we are well versed with the process and completing similar projects. I am a qualified Building Surveyor and a Property Developer by profession: • We have planning permission for the works. • We designed the works and have had an architectural technician draw up the detail. • We have structural engineers designs and calculations. • We have construction drawings prepared. • We have Party Walls covered. • We have building Regs covered. • We have obtained quotes and have selected a builder. What we are not quite happy with is the front elevation which is probably the most important piece for us. How the house will look from the front is crucial. We have tried to finesse the elevation with our current “architectural technician” but he’s not a designer but is good at pulling the drawings together. We sent him AI generated images of what we wanted plus some photos of a property locally which we like. We like the painted brickwork, the colour of the pain etc. See pics and images below. I appreciate there are issues with where the openings sit in each room, but we are prepared to accept this to get the front looking its best. The roof on the drawings attached is not quite right too. Do you think you can help us get the location, sizes of the windows designed so it looks right? Let me know and if you can provide a quote for your input then I can obtain the CAD drawings. Kind Regards Jason

We're a property group managing serviced accommodation, STR, and boutique hospitality projects across the UK. We need an interior designer who can take a property from empty shell to a fully specified, investor/guest-ready design package. This is not a mood-board job. Every room needs: Layout plans - furniture placement, room flow, dimensions Elevation / technical views - SketchUp-style front-on views per wall, showing cabinetry, fixtures, proportions Material and finish specification - paint codes, flooring, worktops, hardware, clearly labelled Photorealistic CGI renders - final look, lit and styled, one per key view We'll share a completed example (a 5-bed property in Stirling) so you can see exactly the standard and format expected. Your quote should be based on matching that. Scope per project: Typically 4–6 rooms per property (kitchen, living, bedrooms, bathrooms) Full set of the above for each room Delivered as a clean PDF/deck, room-by-room, same structure as our reference example You must be able to create floorplans and 3d floorplans from hand drawn floorplan / sizes We need from you: A portfolio showing real CGI render work not renders lifted from stock/AI generators, actual project output Ability to work from a floor plan / rough brief without heavy hand-holding Fast turnaround, this is the first of an ongoing pipeline of properties, not a one-off Comfortable working to a brand palette and finish standard we set, not designing from scratch each time How to apply: Send your portfolio (CGI examples specifically) and a rate either per room or per property. If your previous work matches the standard we need, this becomes repeat work across multiple properties.

UK Accountant / Tax Adviser Needed
We are a four-person family business operating in the UK spray-painting industry, and we are currently looking for an accountant who could support us on an ongoing basis as the business continues to grow. Before deciding on a long-term working relationship, we would first like to arrange a consultation and receive professional advice regarding our current business structure and the best way to operate going forward. At present, each of the four family members is registered separately as self-employed/sole trader. However, in practice we work closely together under the same trading name. We share premises, equipment, websites and a quoting system, and we usually issue one quotation to the customer. Each person is responsible for a different part of the business and the work, including customer service, work management, preparation and spray-finishing. Payments are currently divided between us, with each person receiving and keeping payment relating to the work they personally carry out. Our main concern is to understand whether the way we have been operating up to now is legally and tax compliant, particularly as we work closely together as one family business while remaining separately registered as sole traders. The business is now expanding and we are planning to employ one or two additional people. Because of this, we feel this is the right time to review our structure properly. We would like advice on whether we should continue operating as separate sole traders or whether it would be more appropriate and tax-efficient to formalise the business as a partnership, LLP or limited company. We would therefore like an accountant with strong knowledge of the UK tax system to review our current setup, advise us on the most suitable structure for the future, and explain the tax, National Insurance and legal implications of each option. If we are happy with the advice and feel that we are a good fit, we would also be interested in establishing an ongoing relationship for accounting, tax and general business support.

1-minute sample, followed by 8 videos of approximately 5 minutes each About the project We’re looking for an experienced motion designer to create a series of highly abstract, visually sophisticated animated videos, built around supplied voiceovers. The project starts with a one-minute sample to establish the visual direction and animation quality. Once the sample is approved, you will produce eight full-length videos, approximately five minutes each. We’re looking for the precision, restraint, and polish associated with premium Apple or Meta motion design—but with an original visual language. Creative direction Very abstract. Minimal. Crisp. Beautifully animated. Rather than showing literal objects or illustrating the narration word for word, use movement, shape, light, texture, and composition to communicate ideas. The visuals might include flowing ribbons, transforming geometric forms, translucent layers, shifting patterns, fluid connections, or carefully controlled particles. These are starting points, not a prescribed style—we’re looking for someone who can bring a distinctive creative approach. Do not use paintings, framed artworks, photographs, characters, literal scenes, or stock-footage montages. Avoid generic explainer icons, dashboard-style interfaces, and template-driven animation. The animation should feel intentional and cohesive, with sharp details, considered lighting, smooth transitions, and confident use of negative space. Typography can be used sparingly, but the piece should be driven primarily by abstract motion rather than text on screen. Abstract should not mean random: changes in rhythm, form, scale, and connection should support the ideas and emotional progression of the voiceover. Project structure Phase 1: One-minute sample Create a fully animated 60-second sample, using supplied narration. This is not just a storyboard, a set of still images, or a slideshow. It should demonstrate the proposed visual language, animation quality, pacing, transitions, and synchronization with the voiceover. We will agree on a concept and a small selection of style frames before you animate the sample. The approved sample will establish the design and quality standard for the full series. Phase 2: Eight five-minute videos Following sample approval, produce eight videos of approximately five minutes each—around 40 minutes of finished animation in total. The series should feel visually consistent while introducing enough variation to keep each video engaging. We need someone who can sustain a strong abstract visual language across longer sequences, rather than repeating a short loop or stretching a few ideas. Audio and materials We will provide the scripts, voiceovers, and available reference material. Keep the supplied voiceovers unchanged. Do not rewrite, rerecord, replace, speed up, or retime the narration. Build the visual pacing around the existing delivery. Any additional music or sound design should be agreed upon before use. Deliverables Provide the completed one-minute sample and, following approval, all eight full-length videos. Final delivery should include high-quality 16:9 MP4 exports at a minimum of 1920 × 1080, plus organized, editable project files and associated assets. Please identify any third-party assets, licensing requirements, or generative tools used. Final work must be suitable for commercial use. Who we’re looking for You should have a strong portfolio in abstract motion design, experimental animation, premium technology films, or design-led 2D/3D work. Excellent composition, timing, transitions, and attention to detail are essential. We’re particularly interested in designers who can develop an original visual system and carry it through a substantial series. After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, or an equivalent professional workflow are welcome. To apply Please send 2–3 relevant examples of abstract animation, clearly stating your role in each, and a brief description of your proposed approach. Include separate pricing for the one-minute sample and the eight five-minute videos, along with your availability, estimated production schedule, revision allowance, and source-file handover details. We’re looking for a creative partner for the full series—not just a one-off sample.

Capability Statement for Painting Contractor
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer / corporate brochure designer to create a professional 4–6 page A4 capability statement for an established painting business. The document will be used for Meet the Buyer meetings with builders, property managers, commercial organisations and councils, so we are looking for a polished B2B design rather than a typical residential trade brochure or flyer. What we already have Most of the groundwork has been completed. We will provide: Logo and existing branding Business information Written content Painting services and capabilities Key strengths and differentiators Project photographs Two detailed project case studies Testimonials Insurance/compliance information Contact details and call to action There is more written content than we expect to use. We would like the designer to review the information provided and select, shorten and organise the content that will work best in the capability statement, rather than simply placing all supplied text into a template. What we're looking for The finished document should be: Modern, clean and professional Highly visual with strong use of project photography Commercial/B2B in appearance Easy to scan and not text-heavy Suitable for builders, property managers, strata and council/procurement audiences Professional enough to present at face-to-face buyer meetings Designed for both print and digital/email use The business should come across as reliable, trustworthy, professional and quality-focused, while retaining the personal feel of an owner-led business. The two project case studies include a multi-stage strata painting project and a 12-unit new-construction apartment development, so we would like these presented visually as evidence of capability rather than as long blocks of text. Deliverables Approximately 4–6 page A4 capability statement / brochure Print-ready high-resolution PDF Email-optimised PDF Editable source file Clickable contact/website details in digital version QR code Layout that can be updated with additional projects in the future We are happy for the designer to recommend whether 4, 5 or 6 pages produces the strongest result. Who we're looking for Ideally, you will have previous experience designing: Capability statements Company profiles Corporate brochures Construction/trade marketing material Property or facilities-management collateral Tender/procurement documents Please include examples of similar work with your proposal. We are particularly interested in seeing examples for construction, property, engineering, trades or other B2B service businesses. We are not looking for a basic Canva/template design. We want someone with strong editorial/layout and marketing design skills who can take the information we provide and turn it into a polished, commercially credible piece. Examples Attached
WordPress/WooCommerce Front-End Developer Needed
I need an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce/Elementor developer to restructure an existing art e-commerce site Phase 1 (£50): rebuild the navigation menu, redesign the home page to a supplied spec, and build a product page template with conditional sections so collector's editions (edition size, certificate, provenance) display differently from open editions without creating two fully separate templates, to avoid disrupting the existing WooCommerce products. Phase 2 (£50, awarded on completion of Phase 1): restructure the Paintings/Gallery page, redesign the Book product page, and consolidate the Printing & Framing/About/Contact pages. Full written briefs and reference documents will be provided for both phases. You'll be working from cloned pages (not a live staging environment) so visitors aren't affected while changes are made, and coordinating directly with the site's existing IT/hosting contact where needed. I'm looking for clean, professional, launch-ready work no placeholder content, no half-finished sections and someone who communicates clearly and flags anything before making unplanned changes. Please share relevant WooCommerce/Elementor portfolio examples when applying.

22 page zine
I’m an artist putting together a 22-page zine to accompany my solo exhibition in October. It’s built around anonymous responses to the sentence “It’s alright that I…”, alongside my own paintings and drawings. I’m not a designer, so I’ve used AI tools to rough out content, structure and layout. It’s been a useful starting point but far from finished — some pages are closer to where I want them than others. The brief in one line: make it feel homemade, tactile and human — torn paper, typewritten text, handwriting, drawings, slightly wonky placement, real imperfection. I don’t want it to look slick, overly polished, or AI-generated. Timeline: I need this finished and print-ready within three weeks — by 22 September. Attached: current 22-page working PDF, so you can see where things stand. I also have all original artwork as high-res files and a fuller handover document, ready to share once we’re talking. How I’d like to work: I’m on a tight budget, so before committing to the whole thing, I’d like your honest estimate of how many hours it would take to bring this to a strong, print-ready standard. I’d then like to start with a small paid stage — a few representative pages, an agreed number of hours — so we can see how we work together before the rest is commissioned. If this sounds like your kind of project, I’d love to hear your thoughts — including a rough hours estimate and any early reactions to the PDF.

I want to make a top down, NES
Hello, I am interested in making a top down (Zelda style) NES game based on my book A Tale of Four Mages. I have a few locations and characters made but there is a LOT to this book. I wrote it like a Final Fantasy, with loads of side characters, locations and a larger than life story. I have a fairly simple method for bringing it to life, but I need someone with the skills and time to work on this project. You will be paid a weekly sum if you are accepted, but I must warn you, I don't have a lot of money, and I don't have an actual script. I do however, have a video series based on this book that may paint a clearer picture for you. NO AI: do not use AI for conversation with me, for dialogue in the game, for artwork in the game, for concept art, for final works, for anything. I understand the complexity of this project, which is why I am looking for someone who can work independently., ask questions when needed, and follow the given information. There is a lot to work with in this game to make things easier, but a lot of this will take someone who can self manage. By the way $700 is not the full budget offered, it's just a placeholder.
Botanical Wall Art Needed
I run an Etsy shop (Ochre & Line) selling digital-download botanical wall art print sets. I need an illustrator to produce 50 coordinated sets of 3 prints each (150 individual designs total), all in one consistent house style, built to exact print-production specs. HOUSE STYLE (must match exactly — reference images attached) Hand-painted botanical illustration in a vintage/editorial style. Every leaf, stem, and petal has a fine, confident dark ink outline, filled with watercolour/gouache-style colour with visible brush texture. Subtle paper grain across the background. Full-bleed composition filling the entire canvas edge to edge — no border, no frame, no die-cut or silhouette shapes. No text, lettering, or signature marks anywhere on any print. Portrait orientation. PALETTE (strict across all 50 sets — do not deviate) Terracotta #C1653C · Rust red #A8461C · Dusty rose #D9A6A0 · Olive green #6B7048 · Sage green #9CA77D · Warm cream background #F4EEE3. No blues, no purples, no bright saturated colours outside this list. SCOPE 50 sets, each containing 3 coordinated prints on a distinct subject/theme so the shop's catalogue doesn't repeat itself. I already have themes planned for the first 10 sets (e.g. fresh wildflowers, dried grasses and seed heads, leafy foliage, bold native blooms, garden roses and herbs, citrus branch, autumn berries, minimalist single-stem, potted succulents, pressed botanical/herbarium) — happy to share this list, and I'd want your input proposing themes 11-50 following the same logic: each set visually distinct from the others, still on-brand and on-palette. TECHNICAL SPECS (per print, all 150 files) Minimum native resolution 1122x1402px, high enough to hold up when scaled to true 300 DPI at these sizes: A5, A4, A3, 5x7", 8x10", 11x14", 16x20". Reference pixel dimensions at 300 DPI: A5 1748x2481 · 5x7 1500x2100 · 8x10 2400x3000 · A4 2481x3508 · 11x14 3300x4200 · A3 3508x4961 · 16x20 4800x6000 MOCKUPS For each set: 5 additional listing photos showing all 3 prints together, framed, in photorealistic room settings (2 different rooms + 1 clean product/flat-lay shot). No text on any mockup. DELIVERY FORMAT (per set) One ZIP per set, structured as: Set_XX/01_Print_Files/ (3 master PNGs, each its own file — not crops from a combined sheet) and Set_XX/02_Etsy_Mockups/ (3 mockup PNGs). WHAT TO AVOID - Delivering prints as crops from a combined/composite image — each must be its own independently created master file - Any colour outside the specified palette - Any text, watermark, or signature on prints or mockups - Flat vector/clipart style — this must read as genuine hand-painted illustration, not a simple graphic TO APPLY Please share a portfolio sample in this exact style if you have one, or a quick test piece. Given the scope (50 sets), I'd like to start with a small paid trial of 2-3 sets before committing to the full run, so we can confirm style fit and workflow before scaling up.
Company Portfolio
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a professional 4-page capability statement/company portfolio for a painting and property maintenance business. The document will be used when meeting with commercial organisations, builders and local government, so we are looking for a clean, modern and professional corporate design rather than a typical residential trade flyer. Proposed Structure Page 1 – Company Overview Toolbox Services branding and introduction Professional hero/project image Brief company overview Key strengths/value proposition Service area Page 2 – Expertise & Services Painting and property maintenance services Areas of expertise Types of clients/properties we service Key reasons to work with Toolbox Services Professional presentation using icons/graphics where appropriate Page 3 – Project Experience We would like to showcase two example projects/case studies, including: Project photos/before and after images Brief project description Scope of work Key requirements/challenges Outcome The designer should create this section in a format that allows us to easily add additional project case-study pages in the future. Page 4 – Capability, Compliance & Contact Business capabilities Insurance and relevant compliance information Service locations Contact details QR code linking to website/contact page Professional closing section/call to action What We Will Provide We will supply: Logo and existing branding Business information Services and areas of expertise Project photos Details of two example projects Insurance/business information Contact details General content and direction We are happy for the designer to recommend improvements to the structure and presentation based on their experience. Deliverables We require: Professionally designed approximately 4-page capability statement High-resolution Files suitable for printing Optimised PDF suitable for emailing Editable source file Design/template that allows additional project case-study pages to be added in the future Designer We are Looking For Ideally, you will have previous experience designing: Capability statements Construction or trade company profiles Commercial property/service company brochures B2B corporate marketing material Please include examples of similar capability statements or company profiles you have previously designed when applying. There may also be an opportunity for additional marketing and design work in the future.

3d Mobile Game Assets for UE5.8
Mobile 3D endless runner, Unreal Engine 5.8, Android, portrait. Cyberpunk underworld setting. I need a modular environment kit for an in-game faction called Vantian Industries - an authoritarian surveillance megacorp that owns the city's transit system. The player runs along the track bed at speed; the station is seen mostly from a chase camera behind the character, moving fast. Assets must read clearly at speed. Art direction Palette: matte black, dark gunmetal, chrome edging. Crimson red emissive only. Tone: cold, clinical, oppressive. Brutalist sci-fi - sharp bevelled panels, hard geometry, heavy plating. Not grungy cyberpunk neon; not rusty industrial. Faction mark: a stylised angular "V" chevron (supplied). Applied to panels, pillars, signage. Reference images and existing in-game assets supplied - match that style exactly. Technical requirements - non-negotiable Format: FBX or GLB. Bottom-origin pivot. Real-world scale, metric (I'll supply exact dimensions per asset). Poly budget - this is a mobile game: Modular pieces (walls, floors, ceilings, panels): 500–2,000 tris Props (bench, cabinet, camera, speaker): 500–3,000 tris Hero assets (pillar, train, scanner, roof shell): 8,000–12,000 tris LODs required on everything: LOD0 / LOD1 / LOD2 UVs: Clean, non-overlapping unwrap UV0 = texture UVs. UV1 = lightmap UVs, non-overlapping. Consistent texel density across the kit. No stretching. Textures - power-of-two, PNG, 2048×2048 max (1024 for small props): Base Colour Normal map (state OpenGL or DirectX) Roughness Metallic Emissive mask - greyscale. White = glowing areas only, black elsewhere. ⚠️ Emissive discipline (critical): the red glow must live in a separate emissive mask. Do not paint glow into the base colour. Do not bake lighting into base colour. Collision: simple box or convex collision only. No per-poly collision. Modularity: all modular pieces must tile seamlessly — edges must match on repeat, and pieces must snap to a consistent grid. State the grid size you've worked to. ASSET LIST Core build assets Station roof shell - vaulted/arched modular roof over the station hall Ceiling panel - flat tile for lower covered areas Support pillar - square Vantian structural column Wall panel - plain - basic repeating section Wall panel - vented - with grilles/vents Wall panel - crest/signage - with Vantian identity area Wall corner / end cap - finishes wall runs and turns corners cleanly Platform floor panel - main walking floor, dark wet panels Platform edge / drop wall - vertical face between platform and track bed Track bed / rail trench - recessed floor under the tracks, three-lane width Rail track piec- rails/sleepers, sits on the track bed Stairwell / corridor entrance frame — portal only, no stairs attached Stairs - separate stair module Blast door / sealed doorway - restricted access / blocked route Train - parked, Vantian livery - station dressing and scale anchor Secondary detail assets Hanging station sign - "Sector 07" / "Vantian Central" / "Track 03" style Billboard / propaganda screen frame — wall-mounted; artwork supplied separately 3-seat bench — modular platform seating Ceiling light fitting — Vantian linear light, emissive strip Security scanner unit — checkpoint-style arch Security camera — wall/ceiling surveillance unit Route map / information board PA speaker / alarm node Vent grille module — reusable, wall or ceiling Cable tray / conduit bundle — modular run Utility cabinet / power box Maintenance hatch / service door Platform end barrier / safety bollard Emergency call point / intercom
3d pain design
This project is a modern 3D floral wall art design created using textured paint and layered relief techniques. AI Developer for Engineering Drawing Surface Take-Offs
About Us: We are a UK-based specialist powder coating and wet paint applicator serving the architectural, construction and manufacturing sectors. A key part of our quotation process involves calculating the total coatable surface area (m²) from customer drawings before preparing customer quotations. Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI, Computer Vision or Software Developer to design and build a solution that can analyse engineering and fabrication drawings and produce estimated coating surface areas for quotation purposes. This is not a chatbot project. We are looking for someone who can genuinely solve the problem using a combination of AI, computer vision, OCR, CAD processing, rules-based calculations, or any other technologies they believe are appropriate. The successful applicant will be expected to propose the approach and then build the solution. The Challenge We receive a wide variety of documentation including: General Arrangement (GA) drawings Fabrication drawings Architectural metalwork drawings PDF drawings CAD exports Screenshots Scanned documents At tender stage, drawings are often incomplete or lacking detail, meaning interpretation and assumptions are sometimes required. Our estimating team currently spends considerable time manually calculating coating surface areas from these drawings. Desired Outcome We are seeking a solution that can: Read and analyse drawings and associated documents Identify fabricated components and assemblies Extract dimensions where available Estimate coating surface areas (m²) Produce a structured part summary Highlight assumptions or areas of uncertainty Allow manual review and adjustment where necessary The objective is not necessarily 100% automation. The objective is to significantly reduce the manual effort required to produce accurate quotations. Typical Items Examples of fabricated items include: Balustrades Handrails Railings Gates Screens Steel frames Brackets Panels Fabricated assemblies Miscellaneous architectural metalwork Important – Proposal Requirements To be considered, please explain: 1. Your Proposed Technical Approach - How would you solve this problem? Please describe: Technologies you would use AI models or vision systems you would use (if applicable) How you would extract dimensions and geometry How you would deal with incomplete drawings How you would calculate coating surface areas 2. Similar Experience - Please provide examples of projects involving any of the following: Engineering drawings Fabrication drawings CAD processing PDF analysis OCR Computer vision Manufacturing software Estimating or quantity take-off systems 3. Expected Accuracy - What level of accuracy would you realistically expect from your proposed solution? 4. Key Risks - What do you believe will be the biggest technical challenges? Required Skills Ideal applicants will have experience in some or all of the following: Computer Vision AI / Machine Learning OCR Python Development CAD Processing PDF Analysis Document Intelligence Workflow Automation Engineering or Manufacturing Software Additional Information: We are looking for a freelancer who can both propose and implement the solution. Generic AI-generated proposals will be rejected. Please refer specifically to the challenge described above and explain how your solution would handle engineering and fabrication drawings where dimensions or information may be incomplete.

Interior Design for House Floor (approx. 80 sqm)
Hello, I am looking for a talented interior designer to create a cohesive interior design concept for the entrance and the entire "ground" floor of a house. The house has an upper floor, but that is not part of this project. Project Scope: • Entrance (~5 sqm): Currently in a raw state. Needs a functional design (wardrobe/storage, lighting). • Ground Floor (~75 sqm): Open-plan living space (kitchen + dining + living room), corridor, bathroom and master bedroom with connected bathroom (only shower and washing cabinet) that will be divided with sliding glass. The bathroom has tiles on the walls. Design Style & Aesthetics: • Overall Style: Cohesive, warm, leaning towards Warm Scandinavian. It should feel bright, cozy, and sophisticated. Our objective is to move in as soon as possible thus; the bedroom and majority of furniture should be from IKEA (mid to higher price end) with bed 180 cm wide. Except for the dining table as we need a dining table with an approx. size 230x100 cm so it will be custom made. The colours shoud be around wood, off-white and in a minority (10% or less) shades of blue. • Flooring: The entire ground floor and entrance will feature wood-look porcelain tiles (120x20 cm) in a neutral oak tone. The stairs that came in the house are of oak but are not mounted during renovation. • Wall & Ceiling Colors: o Most areas: Off-white/Creamy white (my idea is JUB Jasmine as it is available here). o Master Bedroom: A paint colour (coming from the tiles in the bathroom, see picture) that should cover walls and the ceiling including the ceiling of the connected bathroom. Fixed Elements (Open-Plan Living Area): The kitchen and living room are combined, so the design needs to tie them together using these existing elements: 1. Kitchen Layout: Already planned (IKEA Sinarp – dark oak finish). I will attach the kitchen planning files. 2. Kitchen Backsplash: Calacatta tile pattern (warm veins). 3. Kitchen Countertop: Off-white white or a bright grey. 4. Living Room: We are keeping an existing, well-preserved white L-shaped sofa (medium size). I would like to have a place to hide the iRoomba somewhere in the living room. 5. Bathrooms: Layout is fixed, tiles are already installed, and bathroom furniture is ordered (dark oak, modern style Ideagroup blob 80 cm wide plus large mirror). Thus, they are not meant for design. I am describing also this part of the floor for the purpose of cohesiveness. Attached Files for Reference: • Architect's floor plan (general layout). • IKEA Sinarp kitchen design files. • Photo of the mirror to be used in the entrance. Current site photos (showing screed floors, windows, and finished bathroom tiling) will be provided in a later phase. Deliverables Required: I am attaching a layout (2D) that my husband draw for the electricity and plumbing. However, furniture layouts in living room, entrance and bedroom are not fixed. Thus, I will need help in furniture layout/color/material, proposed wall colour, lights, and 3D photorealistic visualisation, and a basic furniture/material shopping list (mostly from IKEA). How to Apply: Please share your portfolio with similar warm Scandinavian or similar residential projects, your estimated timeline, and a fixed price for this scope of work. Please also state how many revision rounds are included in your quote. Looking forward to your proposals!
