Freelance print production/surface pattern needed

I have original hand-painted artwork that I want to turn into personalised 28 × 38 cm melamine placemats. I have the manufacturer’s print template/specification. I have the pdfs of the scanned in artwork and I need someone to prepare them as print-ready artwork, including scanning/clean-up, colour correction, sizing, bleed and placement, while retaining the hand-painted appearance. I also need them to be able to add names to the placemats in the colours I want so that these can be personalised for children.
