We are a SaaS company in the hospitality industry, and we are looking for a professional video creator to produce a short explainer video for one of our product features. The video will explain a feature called "Communicator", which helps hotel staff manage guest communication from multiple channels (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and WhatsApp) through a unified inbox inside our PMS (Property Management System). The video will be used inside our PMS software and will target existing customers as part of an upselling campaign.
