Need an AI specialist to sort out our Claude setup (No API)

We absolutely love Claude for its voice and mind, but as non-technical users, we've hit a bit of a wall. We need someone to step in, look at our daily tasks, and build a setup that actually works for us.
Here is where we are at:
The Goal: We want a smart, efficient system for our daily workflows.
The Problem: We are on Claude Pro and constantly hitting the message limits because our prompting is probably too short or long.
The Rule: We are completely avoiding the API to avoid unexpected bill. We are happy to upgrade to a higher subscription tier, but I don't think that will solve the problem.
Missed Opportunities: We aren't using Claude Code at all, which feels like a massive waste.
What we need from you:
Review our daily tasks and workflows.
Sort out our prompts so we get better, consistent outputs.
Teach us how to manage our context window so we stop getting locked out.
Figure out how to bring Claude Code into the mix if it helps.
Give us an out-of-the-box system that works purely on a subscription model.
