Wordpress - Website Design & Setup Help

I’m looking for someone to help set up my website for a side business I’m launching.

The domain and hosting are already set up, so I mainly need help with the design, layout, and getting the website properly built and live.

I’m only looking for a simple one-page website with the following sections.

Sections Required:
Header / Hero section
Services
Portfolio / Work Examples (ideally pulling images from Instagram)
Contact section (contact form + social media icons/links)
Footer

Requirements:
Clean, modern design
Mobile friendly
Simple and professional layout

Additional Info:
Domain and hosting are already purchased
This is a small starter site for a new business
