Web page graphic design gig

My client got stuck with an unfinished gig for this 3 page site, wheatsheafbrands.com, and, with a budget of $120, I am trying to get 2 pages cleaned up. The issues are primarily with 2 pages, Contact and Regulatory filings. She is quite happy with the colour palette but scale is the problem, The verbiage is overscaled and everything shouts while the voice of the site speaks in whispers, elegant and sophisticated. In terms of scale, look at the corporate name in a hierarchy yet, the text below it, large. Question of aesthetics really. And that is also true for the boxes with text. Any interest? 2 Professional Documents displaying map of businesses

We require a graphic designer to do 2 professional documents which will consist of a plotted map. The design must be a very professional finish, and is required by Monday morning 9am UK time. FIFU images upload failed

Posting second time since previous person did not complete the project in a week. I uploaded images via url, but they do not show on the product page. This only happening on urls form one source, I worked the upload same way for other products from different supplier, and their URL images worked just fine. not sure if this particular source urls contains some code preventing fifu to process it correctly error: Error getting remote image https://toolmedia-res.cloudinary.com/image/private//c_scale. Error: Not Found also, when manually go to product setting, change anything in the product and save, the image then links to the product page. so the URLs are uploaded but do not sync to product page/library
