Build & Scale A Referral Programme - Strategy & Marketer

We’re looking for an experienced Referral Strategist & Marketer to design and launch a referral programme for Empty Property Hunters. We currently use SalesForce CRM and Mailchimp.

This will be an ongoing project for www.emptypropertyhunters.co.uk

We have an established business with over 3,000 customers and a strong brand. Our goal is to scale organically through referrals from existing customers.

This is not about generic marketing ideas. We’re looking for someone who has built referral programmes before and can show what worked in practice.

What we need experience in

Designing referral programmes from scratch
Incentive and reward structures (including cash-based rewards)
Referral tracking, attribution,and reporting
Selecting and implementing referral software
Marketing referral propositions clearly and simply

To be considered, your proposal must include:

Referral programme software you have personally used
(Implemented or managed, not just reviewed)

1–2 short case studies of similar referral programmes you’ve delivered

Business type

Which platform you would recommend for a UK-based, reward-led referral programme and why
(Concise is fine.)

We’re keen to work with someone who understands how people actually refer, not just how programmes look on slides.
