FIFU images upload failed

Posting second time since previous person did not complete the project in a week.
I uploaded images via url, but they do not show on the product page.
This only happening on urls form one source, I worked the upload same way for other products from different supplier, and their URL images worked just fine. not sure if this particular source urls contains some code preventing fifu to process it correctly

error: Error getting remote image https://toolmedia-res.cloudinary.com/image/private//c_scale. Error: Not Found

also, when manually go to product setting, change anything in the product and save, the image then links to the product page. so the URLs are uploaded but do not sync to product page/library
