Our core product is a 60 ml performance shot, sold through our website and golf pro shops. We have soft-launched and are preparing for a bigger spring 2027 launch. We want someone who can work directly with the founder, take ownership of paid advertising and help build a consistent process for producing effective creative. **The immediate priority** Over winter, we’ll run controlled tests, improve our advertising and website conversion, and prepare the creative and campaign plan for spring. Meta will be the initial priority. We value someone who can explain where to concentrate resources. **Who we’re looking for** - Demonstrable experience selling physical products through ecommerce advertising. - Strong hands-on Meta experience and relevant Google Ads experience. - Experience working with smaller brands and budgets, rather than only established advertisers. - Strong creative judgement, particularly for creator-led video advertising. - An understanding of acquisition cost, margins, repeat purchasing and attribution limitations. - Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce purchase tracking. - Practical use of AI tools for research, creative development, analysis or workflow improvement. - Clear communication and the ability to work independently. Business Development (Fire Safety)
White Rose Fire Safety is looking for an experienced UK-based freelancer to help generate new business for our fire risk assessment services. We are looking to connect with schools, academies, education providers and small to medium-sized businesses that require professional fire risk assessments and ongoing fire safety compliance support. What we need We need someone who can identify potential customers, find the right decision-makers and proactively reach out to introduce our services and generate genuine business enquiries. This will involve: - Researching schools, academies, education providers and small businesses across the UK. - Identifying relevant contacts, such as school business managers, premises managers, facilities managers, business owners and health and safety managers. - Generating leads through targeted research, email outreach, telephone calls and LinkedIn. - Explaining the purpose and benefits of fire risk assessments to potential customers. - Following up on enquiries and developing opportunities into appointments or quotation requests. - Maintaining a record of contacts, outreach and progress. Relevant knowledge It is important that you have a reasonable understanding of fire risk assessments and can explain to potential customers what they involve, why they are important and how they help organisations manage their fire safety responsibilities. You do not need to be a fire risk assessor yourself, but you must be comfortable discussing the service professionally with prospective clients. Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting or business development within fire safety, health and safety, facilities management or compliance would be beneficial. The aim We want to build a consistent pipeline of quality leads and new customers for White Rose Fire Safety, with the potential for an ongoing working relationship if the initial project is successful. We are interested in someone who can take the initiative, identify opportunities and focus on generating meaningful business rather than simply supplying lists of contacts which will then turn into continued business between us and you. Please outline your relevant experience, your proposed approach and how you would structure an initial project, including your fees. UK-based freelancers only, please - fees can be negotiated and ongoing monthly fees for successful business development.

9 days ago11 proposalsRemoteDiversify anime extras' hair and eye colors
I am looking for photoshops of anime scenes, to diversify extras to have just as many possible hair and eye colors as a given show's main cast. RULES: IMPORTANT: Read the rules to see how to get your proposal actually read. 1) You must decide on a show and scene preemptively, and we must actually agree on a show before you decide on a scene, before I hire you. 2) You may not use AI to find some shows to offer (and I will know if you have). Please offer stuff from scratch that is familiar to you. 3) You must tell me the episode number and time of each screenshot, before I hire you. 4) You must link me to whichever site you are watching on, unless you have it pulled up on a TV set and/or through physical media (in which case, please take a picture of your setup, along with the actual disk if applicable), before I hire you. 5) Screenshots must be taken at a minimum resolution of 1080p (except for with older shows with lower resolutions to begin with), before I hire you. 6) The hair and eye colors are the only, ONLY aspect to be changed. Other edits, including texture changes, hairstyle changes, recoloration, and facial expression changes, will disqualify you immediately. 7) Please type “Starbound”, verbatim, at the beginning of your proposal. 8. You are responsible for familiarity with your show and scene of choice, including rewatching if you’ve long forgotten anything. Choosing a show and then forgetting details will disqualify you. 9) You may not use AI, even minimally, for this job. Due to AI suppression on deviantArt, I will expect a .psd file of your work, and will fire you immediately if I catch even one sign of AI use, such as texture changes.

Solicitor Needed for Building Dispute / payment Claim
I need a solicitor qualified in England and Wales to review and, if appropriate, send a letter to a former builder. The builder is claiming around £2,000, which I dispute. I want the letter to request an itemised claim and supporting documents. It should also deal with tools and belongings reportedly still at my property, requiring an itemised list and proof of ownership. Any collection would need to be arranged in advance and without direct contact. I also have concerns about potentially defective or unsafe work, including electrical work and an unvented hot-water system. I would like advice on requesting the relevant certificates, test results and Building Regulations documents, while protecting my position regarding possible remedial costs. I would also like advice on whether the letter should request the builder’s current address. I have a draft letter, chronology and supporting documents available for review. At this stage, I mainly need advice and preparation of the initial letter rather than immediate litigation.

One-off Xero accounts cleanup for a small UK retail group
We need an experienced Xero accountant or bookkeeper to complete a historical cleanup across three UK trading companies, with a smaller related company quoted separately. We have parted ways with our previous bookkeeper. The outcome required is a clean, reconciled set of accounts and reliable opening balances for the start of the next VAT quarter, giving us a dependable position to maintain going forward. Current position Approximately 500 supplier bills remain marked as unpaid. We believe many have already been settled, so payments need tracing and allocating correctly. These recorded balances should not be assumed to represent genuine outstanding debts. There are also unreconciled entries, possible duplicate bills, supplier credits, residual balances, personal-card payments and intercompany transactions requiring investigation. Detailed worklists and supporting records are available privately. Scope of work - Establish the last reliable reconciled position and reconcile bank and credit-card accounts to statements, including checking the outstanding bank-feed queues. - Verify cash balances and investigate unreconciled entries. - Reconcile supplier accounts to statements and correctly allocate payments, credits, overpayments and part-payments. - Investigate duplicates and correct errors using supporting evidence. - Check customer balances and deposits, director loans, personal-card payments, intercompany balances and other material control accounts. - Establish the VAT treatment of historical corrections and liaise with our existing accountant where tax or prior-period adjustments need approval. - Retain a clear audit trail of all corrections. Completion requirements We need reconciled accounts through an agreed quarter-end date, accurate opening balances for the new VAT quarter, supporting reconciliations and a concise handover. Any unresolved items must be clearly identified with their value, missing evidence and required action. This is a one-off cleanup project. Ongoing bookkeeping is outside the scope. Please include in your proposal - Your relevant qualifications and experience with Xero historical cleanups and UK VAT. - Examples of comparable work. - Your approach, information requirements and availability. - A realistic completion timetable, including whether the next VAT-quarter start is achievable. - A fixed or capped fee, broken down by company, with exclusions and VAT clearly stated. If an initial assessment is needed before quoting for the full cleanup, please provide its cost and deliverables separately. Thank you—I would appreciate a practical proposal focused on completing the work and establishing reliable figures.

Hi, I am looking for experienced domain researchers and sellers who can find high-quality expired and active domains for our brand XS.com, a globally regulated multi-asset broker offering trading in forex, crypto, stocks, indices, metals, and commodities through MT4 and MT5 platforms. The goal is to get two lists: expired domains and active domains with strong, clean backlink profiles, available at the lowest possible price. We are mainly targeting the Japanese market, so Japan relevance matters a lot. What We Need 1. A list of expired domains with high DR available for sale at the minimum possible price 2. A list of active domains with high DR available for sale at the minimum possible price Domain Requirements 1. Ahrefs DR: Minimum 20, preferably 30 or higher. DR alone will never be the basis for a decision, as it can be inflated. 2. Moz DA: Used as a secondary reference for the Japanese market 3. Spam Score (Moz): Preferably below 10%. Anything at 30% or higher is rejected. 4. Referring domains: At least 50 distinct websites linking to the domain 5. Quality backlinks: At least 20 backlinks from genuine websites with DR 20+, such as company sites, media outlets, or real personal blogs 6. Anchor text: Reject domains dominated by commercial anchors like “casino” or “side income”, as this points to purchased links 7. Geography: Japan should make up most of the backlink sources and historical traffic. Domains with mostly overseas backlinks are not useful to us. 8. Niche: Strong preference for finance, investment, economics, or business. Domains from unrelated topics like beauty or cooking have very little value for us. 9. Domain age: Continuous registration of 5+ years gets extra credit 10. Organic traffic and rankings: Any verified remaining traffic or keyword rankings is a big plus 11. Indexing: The domain must show results for a site:domain.com search on Google Domains We Will Reject Please check the full history (Wayback Machine or any similar tool) and do not send domains with any of the following: 1. Past use for adult content, casinos, or dating 2. Conversion into a Chinese or Russian language spam site 3. Signs of repeated repurposing by domain resellers 4. Multiple drops, where the registration expired and the domain became available again 5. High DR but zero organic traffic and zero ranking keywords (possible penalty or inflated metrics) The ideal domain was used for a legitimate finance, investment, or business website, run by one company or person for many years, and closed down naturally. Extra Checks We Expect 1. Any trademark disputes or reputation issues linked to the previous company or brand name 2. Whether the same seller is offering multiple domains, which could point to an artificial link network 3. Whether the current or latest seller is a professional aged-domain reseller Details Required from Interested Freelancers Please share the following in your proposal: 1. Domain name and whether it is expired or active 2. Ahrefs DR, Moz DA, and Moz Spam Score 3. Number of referring domains and number of backlinks from DR 20+ sites 4. Top backlink countries and share of Japan-based links 5. Previous niche and Wayback Machine history summary 6. Organic traffic and ranking keywords, if any 7. Registration history and domain age 8. Seller details and asking price 9. Your fee for the research and sourcing work Only freelancers with proven experience in domain research and acquisition who can follow the criteria above are encouraged to apply. Preserving original audio, funny moments and the genuine personalities of the family is important. I want the finished films to feel personal, nostalgic and timeless, rather than overly commercial. Please provide a fixed-price quote for all THREE films as a complete project. Include footage review and organisation, editing, licensed music, revisions, secure file transfer and delivery of high-quality MP4 files suitable for watching on a television and keeping as permanent family keepsakes. Please also provide examples of similar work, your estimated turnaround time, the number of revisions included and any additional costs. I’m looking for a creative, organised editor who can turn our family memories into something truly special that we can treasure for years to come. My budget is flexible, and I’m happy to negotiate a fair fee for quality work and an excellent finished result.
