BM Technical Development Project requires a qualified professional or team to prepare a comprehensive preliminary technical package for a proposed development. The scope includes feasibility studies, evaluation of technical requirements and constraints, and development of initial design concepts and layouts. Responsibilities also cover infrastructure and building-systems planning, technical drawings, documentation, 3D modeling, and design coordination. Deliverables should include preliminary cost estimates, a project schedule, identified risks and dependencies, and practical recommendations to guide future development phases.
