Additional Floor Design for an Existing Villa in Jeddah, KSA

I am looking for an experienced residential architect to design an additional floor for my existing house in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

I already have the floor plan of the existing house, which will be provided as a reference. I want a modern, elegant, and practical design that makes the best use of the available space while maintaining a cohesive appearance with the existing building.

5. Revisions: Include a clearly stated number of revisions to refine the design.
6. Final deliverables: High-resolution PDF drawings and images, plus editable source files in agreed formats.

Design Style

My preferred style is modern, elegant, and timeless. I value a functional layout, good natural lighting, privacy, practical storage, and a sophisticated finish.

I would also like the new floor to complement the architecture of the existing house.
