Video editing

I have some video raw footage , I would like to make a cinematic video of like 90 to 120 seconds
mainly about the cloud thunder aircraft operation some of the details I want is

Clean the cut: trim shaky starts, remove unwanted frames, steady handheld clips with the built-in stabilizer, and fine-tune the pace to the music.
Color: first correct each clip so exposure and white balance match, then give the whole film one look: cool blue-grey through the storm, warm amber and green for the rain ending. This is the step that makes it feel like a movie.
Audio: clean up the radio clips with Resolve’s noise reduction. Ideally, re-record the radio lines with real using the protocol script, which takes about 10 minutes on the shoot day.
Music and sound effects:
Music: license a cinematic track from Artlist or Epidemic Sound. Both are safe for official use. A rising, tense track that drops at the lightning flash and opens up at the sunlight works well.
Sound effects: the same services have thunder, rain, cockpit and propeller sounds. Layer a deep rumble and a sharp crack for the 3-second opening.
