Transcription of Interview Recordings (Approx. 7 Hours)

Hi, I'm looking for someone to transcribe approximately 10 interview recordings, with a combined running time of just under 7 hours. The interviews were conducted in English over Microsoft Teams and have been recorded as videos. Recording details: 10 videos, totalling just under 7 hours. Each interview consists of four participants: myself as the interview candidate and three interview panel members. Only one person is generally speaking at a time. The videos show the participants and display their names, making it easier to identify who is speaking. The recordings are currently uploaded to YouTube as private videos. Access can be arranged for the selected freelancer. Transcription requirements: Accurate, clean verbatim transcription of everything said. Identify each speaker using their actual name as displayed in the recording. Include both the interview panel's questions and my responses. Timestamps approximately every 2–5 minutes. Separate Microsoft Word documents for each recording. Proofread the transcripts and clearly mark any sections where speech is unclear. Maintain consistent speaker identification throughout each interview. Turnaround: I'm happy for the work to be completed within 7–14 days. There's no urgent deadline. Budget: I'm open to competitive quotes for the complete project. Subtitle a 47min podcast

Wondering if you can help with the following... - I have a 47min podcast that needs subtitling. - I need it within 24hrs. - 2 English speakers but no need to separate them or name them in the subs. - Professionally recorded so the audio quality is great. - Just need SRT file back from you, checked for accuracy in spelling (UK English) and grammar. Notetaker needed LONDON Sept 14th + MANCHESTER Sept 17th

An on-site notetaker is needed for a focus group workshop from 5-9pm on Monday September 14th in Central London, as well as 5-9pm on Thursday September 17th in Central Manchester. TIMECODE CHECKING FOR 16 × 10-MINUTE AUDIO TRANSCRIPTS

I am looking for someone with excellent attention to detail to check and correct the timecodes on 16 short audio transcripts. I have: • 16 MP3 audio files, each approximately 10 minutes long • 16 matching transcripts supplied as TXT files • Existing timecodes already included in the transcripts, but these are approximate and need to be checked and corrected against the actual audio The spoken transcription itself is largely complete, so this is primarily a timecoding and checking job rather than transcription from scratch. WHAT I NEED For each programme, I need you to listen to the MP3 and: • Check every existing timecode against the audio • Correct inaccurate timings • Add timecodes at every speaker change - there are only two speakers • Add additional timecodes at useful points during longer passages of speech • Keep the time running continuously from 0:00 at the very start of each MP3 • Check that the correct speaker is identified • Correct any obvious transcription errors noticed while listening • Return a clean, accurately timed TXT file for each programme The programmes are approximately 10 minutes each, so there is around 160 minutes of material in total. Accuracy is very important. The finished transcripts will be used alongside the programmes in an editing environment, so the timecodes need to make it quick and easy to locate the corresponding speech in the audio. I will provide an example of a correctly completed transcript so that the required format is completely clear.
