I need a 37 minute video subtitled

I have a 37-minute video interview that needs professional subtitling in English (US). I want the dialogue captured faithfully while trimming out the usual “um”, “uh” and obvious false starts so the on-screen text reads smoothly without changing the speaker’s intent. Please return a properly time-coded SRT file that I can import into Premiere. All lines should sync accurately, be around 36 characters limit per line, two lines, and follow US spelling and grammar. A few points to note: - There are 2 people in the interview. - The host's name is spelt Isabelle Gonthier and the guest is Paul Muir. - You don't need to separate the speakers or label them in the SRT file. - When removing umms etc, make sure the timecodes aren't affected, as I only want to remove those from the subtitles, not the video itself. - The video file is around 400MB.
