We are a UK-based heating and mechanical services company seeking a video editor to convert raw installation footage into engaging social media content. Hi, I'm looking for a full time video editor to support across multiple brands and startups. Your role will be editing intensive and involve the following; - managing automated posting for various social accounts - editing on capcut and adobe to vsrious templates, using some creativity. - editing hero short form video, that isnt done with AI. - editing long form content, 12 -20 minutes. - managing AI outputs and scheduling where appropriate. - Output is 20 - 40 videos per day. It is important to understand many of these videos will be created by automated ai tools such as opus clip, but some will need more care and attention. This is a full time role for 2 months. $1000 per month

PROJECT OVERVIEW I am building multiple short-form content pages focused on: 1. Football analysis (player careers, tactical breakdowns) 2. Entrepreneur / business storytelling The goal is to produce high-quality, fast-paced, engaging reels that maximise retention and watch time. You will be responsible for turning raw inputs into fully edited, high-performing videos. ⸻ WHAT I WILL PROVIDE For each video, I will provide: • Talking head video (AI generated or recorded) • Full script • Topic reference (e.g. player or entrepreneur) You will not need to film anything. Your role is to take this and create the final polished video. ⸻ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. ADD B-ROLL (VERY IMPORTANT) You must source and add relevant footage that supports the narration. Football content: • Match clips • Goals • Assists • Key moments • Celebrations Entrepreneur content: • Podcast clips • Interviews • Public appearances • Photos • Company/product visuals B-roll must match what is being said in the script. ⸻ 2. HIGH-RETENTION EDITING STYLE The editing must be fast-paced, dynamic, and engaging.
