YouTube Long-Form Video Editor (Long Term Collaboration)

I’m looking for a YouTube video editor to support the long-term growth of a personal brand channel focused on leadership, communication, and influence.
This is a long-term collaboration, not a one-off project.

Who I Am & What I’m Building

I’m Shannon Jenkins, an Aussie/British and Switzerland-based leadership communication coach, keynote speaker, and host of the RESONATE podcast.

I work with competent leaders and driven professionals to help them communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and influence. My clients include Nestlé, Nespresso, and IMD Business School (Switzerland).

The goal is to grow the YouTube channel to 100k subscribers by 2027 (currently ~1k) by publishing one high-quality long-form video per week.
