Teach me to use the camera on my motorola razr in pro

I want to improve my digital photography, mainly landscapes and good photos of my grandchildren. Although I may graduate to a fancy camera, I really want to learn to use the features on my mobile phone (motorola razr) first as I can play with the exposure triangle in the pro mode. I think a series of short (maybe 30 minute) sessions would be the ideal rather than trying to learn everything at once. Looking for UK Photographer for large project (nursery group)

We require shots of the exterior (front and back/garden), interior rooms, staff and some children (including staff and children interacting).
