I am seeking a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister to review a new private contractual product and provide a written Legal Opinion under the law of England and Wales. The Product comprises a defined bundle of contractual rights, Company covenants, intellectual property rights and associated historical research transferred by a Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment.
