Website – jennynash.co.uk During 2024 we built a Squarespace website with links to social media and have recently been posting to a small following on Instagram. Jenny had personal Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest accounts before starting to develop her Art web site. To ensure “clean” art accounts new social media accounts were set up but they appear to be linked to personal social media accounts (except perhaps Pinterest) Our strategy is to make art collectors across the U.K. and in English speaking countries aware of Jenny Nash Art, and to market and sell paintings online, rather than through traditional art galleries. Requirements 1. We need help to improve and to help us understand how to maintain the social media ‘pages’ correctly to maximise the benefits of integration with our website. 2. Specifically, ‘sort’ the technical / integration aspects of: 3. Getting the Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook accounts set-up and linked so we can post to Art Instagram, Art Pinterest and auto post to Art Facebook 4. Enable the web site so that people can pin our paintings to their own Pinterest 5. Enable paintings in Pinterest to link back to the web site Specific issues we are aware of 6. We believe Jenny set up a professional Instagram account – but it seems that the ‘professional’ status has been attributed to her old ‘personal’ account. 7. Linking / posting from Instagram to Facebook: Jenny has only been able to cross-post to her personal Facebook rather than the art Facebook account. 8. We are really struggling to set up Pinterest and integrate Pinterest and the website 9. We can’t seem to post between “Art” Instagram and “Art” Facebook. We can post directly to our Art Instagram but can only cross post to personal Facebook page – so auto posting from Art Instagram is going to the Jenny’s personal Facebook page, not to the Art business Facebook page. 10. We would like to push images of paintings from the website to Pinterest so that the information about the paintings shows on Pinterest and when someone wants to ‘read more’ the person is linked back to the website. Please include the use of any relevant social media features and activities that will benefit our business, that we have not thought of utilising. Once the social media sites are working properly, we show us how to use our fully working and integrated social media platforms, so we can manage them in future. Thereafter, please be available for specific support as we require it, at an hourly rate.
