Combining of 2x Smartsheets into 1 system in Microsoft Planner

I am looking for an expert in Microsoft Planner to consolidate two Smartsheet-based manufacturing planning systems into a single, streamlined Planner solution. The first Smartsheet is used to plan and record Labour for the different projects. The second Smartsheet is used to schedule the tasks required for the construction of the units, for each different project. See attached a snip of each of these. Deliverables include a fully configured Planner workspace, documented process flows, and user guidance to ensure efficient, intuitive use across the manufacturing team.

**Project description:** We are a UK start-up food brand launching a range of flavour-packed whole-food products across retail and online. We are looking to build an active and engaged social media presence across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook from the ground up and are looking for a talented video editor to be a key part of that growth from day one. We are not sharing the brand name at this stage — shortlisted candidates will receive full brand details, guidelines and briefing materials before work commences. **The opportunity:** This is not just an editing role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build a following on short-form video platforms — someone who knows what makes content stop the scroll, what formats are gaining traction right now and how to grow an audience from a standing start. If you have helped a brand grow its social presence and can demonstrate that with real examples we want to hear from you. **What we will provide:** We will supply raw video footage of our products, recipes, serving suggestions and behind-the-scenes content. Footage will be provided one week in advance so you have sufficient time to plan, edit and schedule content without working under daily pressure. You will receive this footage and turn it into polished, platform-ready short-form videos ready for posting. **What we need you to do:** Edit raw footage into short-form social media videos optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook. We require one finished video posted to each of the three platforms every day — three posts per day in total. Each video should be formatted correctly for the specific platform including aspect ratio, length and technical specifications. Write or suggest caption copy, hashtags and messaging to accompany each video — warm, bold, joyful and food-focused in tone. Add text overlays, captions, music or sound effects where appropriate to maximise engagement and reach on each platform. Stay current with platform trends and formats and actively suggest content approaches that will help grow our following. Deliver each finished video in the correct format for each platform — ready to post with no further editing required. **Content themes will include:** Serving suggestions and recipe ideas showing the product being used on real dishes Product showcases highlighting individual variants in the range Behind the scenes content — the story of the brand and the people behind it Lifestyle and occasion content across breakfast, brunch, lunch, supper and snacking Trend-led content that fits the brand voice and leverages current platform formats **What we are looking for:** Proven experience editing short-form social media video content for food, lifestyle or consumer brands Demonstrable experience growing a social media following — please show us accounts you have contributed to and the results A strong portfolio showing TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook video work — please include specific examples of food or lifestyle brand content with live links where possible Deep understanding of what performs well on each platform — trends, formats, pacing, hooks and the algorithm Ability to write engaging short-form caption copy and hashtag strategy in a warm and accessible brand voice Reliable and consistent — we need three posts per day every day and one week of content planned at a time **Volume and commitment:** This is an ongoing daily requirement — growing to one post per day to each of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, seven days a week. BG XG Development

We have a software project that is almost complete, but unfortunately the original developer has become unresponsive, leaving us unable to launch. The project is based around the board game **Backgammon**, which is also played online. Serious players analyse their matches using software called **Extreme Gammon (XG)**. Currently, every move from a match must be entered manually into XG, which is extremely time-consuming. Our platform, 'BackgammonAnalyst.com', aims to automate this process. Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required. From our assessment, there are relatively few changes remaining on the desktop version, with a little more work required on the mobile web version. However, we have not yet seen the software fully working, either via a live demonstration or a comprehensive video. We have our own server infrastructure and a dedicated server administrator. The first task would be to assess whether all source code has been deployed correctly, review the current state of the project, and thoroughly test the application to identify any remaining issues before completing the outstanding work. The product was scheduled to launch this coming Friday/Saturday. We appreciate this is ambitious, but if the remaining work is genuinely limited, there may still be an opportunity to meet, or come very close to, that target.
