Combining of 2x Smartsheets into 1 system in Microsoft Planner

I am looking for an expert in Microsoft Planner to consolidate two Smartsheet-based manufacturing planning systems into a single, streamlined Planner solution.

The first Smartsheet is used to plan and record Labour for the different projects. The second Smartsheet is used to schedule the tasks required for the construction of the units, for each different project. See attached a snip of each of these.

Deliverables include a fully configured Planner workspace, documented process flows, and user guidance to ensure efficient, intuitive use across the manufacturing team.
