UK Solicitor for Fintech Consumer Contract

We are a UK fintech company seeking a qualified UK solicitor to advise on and draft a consumer agreement for a new feature within our mobile app which uses a form of collective savings known as ROSCA (Rotating Savings Credit Association). In these rotating savings groups where users make agreed financial commitments to one another. Every user will be required to review and electronically accept the agreement before joining a savings group. The agreement must clearly establish the relationship between us and its users, the commitments members make when joining, and the available options where a member does not meet those commitments. This may include the potential recovery of money owed through the County Court where appropriate. We require someone who can first advise us on the correct legal and contractual structure, rather than simply adapting a generic set of terms.
