Retail Mystery-Shopping Coordinator 50–100 Store Visits

We are looking for an experienced freelance mystery-shopping coordinator, retail auditor or small fieldwork team to conduct a rapid observational project across convenience stores in England. The purpose of the project is to assess whether promotional point-of-sale materials, promotional pricing and selected products are visible and correctly implemented in store. The project will cover either: 50 stores: 10 per region 100 stores: 20 per region Regions: London Midlands South/South West North/North West East England Each visit will require the auditor to: discreetly observe promotional POS placement; check whether selected promotional prices are displayed; check whether relevant products are available; complete a standardised checklist; provide clear photographic evidence; add brief factual notes explaining any missing or incorrect execution. The final store list, promotional product details and images of the expected POS materials will be provided before fieldwork begins. We are looking for either: a freelance coordinator with access to a reliable UK-wide network of auditors; or a small team capable of providing consistent coverage across all five regions. Applicants should confirm: which regions they can cover; whether they can manage 50 and/or 100 visits; their proposed methodology; price per completed store visit; any travel, coordination or reporting costs; fieldwork lead time and availability; quality-control process; relevant retail auditing or mystery-shopping experience; approach to in-store photography and evidence handling; ability to provide results within two working days of completing the visits. Please include examples of similar work or a sample reporting format where available. This is a time-sensitive project, so we are particularly interested in applicants who can mobilise quickly and provide a concise initial proposal. The listed budget is indicative only.
