Project Title: Technical Admin Support & Website Fixes

We are looking for a freelancer with native level English who is comfortable working with us by phone and liaising with both ourselves and our designer. This is a hybrid role combining admin support with practical technical tasks on our WordPress based sites, some of which use Elementor and similar .

Immediate Tasks (to be completed first): –

Fix HTTPS/SSL privacy errors on our website (certificate, mixed content, CDN or server configuration).

Identify and remove hidden spam pages attached to a few of our sites and diagnose the source of the injection.

Update web pages in minor ways (content edits, layout tweaks, small fixes). –


Subsequent task - following the above:

Coordination & Library

Liaise with us and our designer to organise and catalogue several years of audio dramas into our existing library system.

Assist in selecting or configuring a replacement for our exhausted SoundCloud RSS allocation. – Provide general admin support and project coordination throughout.

Skills: – Native English – Comfortable speaking on the phone – Strong organisational and communication skills / reliability

Ability to coordinate with a designer and follow through on multi step tasks – Technical literacy: WordPress, Elementor, basic CMS structure, metadata, RSS/podcast basics

Ability to converse technically eg with Designer but non-technically with non technical staff!

Outcome: A secure website, fixed HTTPS issues, removal of spam pages, minor page updates completed, and a fully organised audio drama library integrated with our existing system.

Ongoing Work: We would be keen to continue working with someone who is open to a broad range of admin tasks over the coming months, not all of which will be IT based.

Payment - we usually work on a freelance fee per task basis - I shall put in a nominal rate (based on whatever figure PPH proposes) but really each task by agreement after a chat.
