I'm looking for an AutoCAD technician to help support the logistics team for a major infrastructure/construction site in the Curzon Street area of Birmingham. The contract will likely be for 2-3 months, but could well continue. Create API between Moodle LMS and NHS ESR platform

We have a NHS client who use our hosted Moodle LMS for their current staff training. Currently, their admins then manually transfer the completion and grades onto the NHS ESR (Electronic Staff Record) system for each user, but this is understandably a time consuming process. Their isn't currently an API available that allows direct transfer of data but I need to see if you think this is something possible to develop bespoke? Even if there was a way to create something that can download records from Moodle that could be uploaded to ESR. Attached is a few pdfs with more info on ESR for reference.
