I have a server where I'd like to store information that is collected in the field by a technician. That information would be put into some form of template/ database.. I've attached a copy of what the template might look like. It would have a job ID which would connect through API to our service dispatching software. And could populate information like the customer's address email etc automatically. If equipment is already stored there it would populate appropriately as well. Then the technician in the field would fill out relevant information for equipment that was at the location. For instance they might have a fireplace and then the appropriate template would be available with questions to answer for the fireplace. They might have an HVAC system with an indoor unit and an outdoor unit depending upon the type of HVAC system they have the correct template would show up and they would answer the questions and fill out the data. It would be a dynamic template that has tabs for each piece of equipment the customer had. The technicians could switch between the tabs easily going out components in one tab switching to another tab filling out some information there and then switching to another tab filling out other information he should be able to add tabs for new pieces of equipment.. The customer then should be able to get a link and look at a read-only view of his equipment on the different tabs.

Our dispatcher and technicians enter relevant information in to it's database and it has an api) can be turned into relevant content for Google and is posted on a map {as a visual indicator to our customers who visit our website and see the map that we work in their neighborhood) on our website so that when people visit our website they can see we do work in their area not just our home address. The plugin I can get you the code for the plugin I believe the original developer (Hamza) is using more than one database. He is written some code so that once a day at midnight maybe but plug-in accesses the service fusion database and collects 1) job description, which would end up being the post title 2) The address - which we don't show the exact address we don't want people's exact house listed on the map but a close approximation 3) The posting notes which are different from the completion notes The posting notes are those relevant for the content. 4) and relevant pictures which have been labeled for posting content . The plug-in also checks to see if this customer has left a review and then imports the review using Google's API. It bundles all of this information so that it is on the map And then the specific posting notes that were entered by the technician can be used with chatgbt to create a post. Of course not every work order that has been posted on the map in the plugin will have a Google review. Some customers don't leave one some customers we don't want to leave one lol. But in general we would like all work orders posted on the map unless it is a duplicate or second visit for the same work order. The Original developer literally ghosted us so I had to migrate our website to a new hosting platform because it was hosted on his server or his white label of some server. He has resurfaced but he has told us he cannot work anymore for personal reasons. He is still slightly and I'm really mean slightly available for a comment of understanding, but if we do have the plug-in and explanation and documentation from him. 1: Floor plan, layout, and box design • Do a few iterations on layout including technical details, legal limits, chassis clashes. etc. • Create provision space for electrical hardware, water, plumbing, large appliances, storage space. etc. • Include the base vehicle modifications in this stage (moving the spare wheel assembly, hydraulic tank, air filter, cab pump. etc.) • Run some studies such as weight distribution, thermal simulation, and • Create a 3D CAD model to help you visualise the layout, windows, internal aesthetic etc. 2b: Sub-frame • Either work with your sub-frame fabricator to understand where supports will be and where we can pass through the box • Or help you design your subframe to be assembled by a local fabrication shop • Lastly, we will create technical drawings for your chosen box manufacturer or panel cutter. 3: Detailed systems design • Create detailed schematics for your electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • Create layouts for the hardware placement and cable/pipe/hose runs. • Optionally, create kit lists for you to include all hardware required. 4: Interior and furniture design • Turn the functional layout into a detailed plan including fixtures and fittings. • Create the necessary drawings for a carpenter or CNC machine cutting facility • Optionally provide assembly notes for this stage if required.

Hello, This is Frank from Airtek Ontario Inc. We are selling air condition units to local business. We are now looking for people who can edit/design product image for our social media account. The image should contains 'Gree' logo and the unit picture. You can find Gree logo on Internet You can find product picture inside the "HVAC EXCHANGER.pdf" but you will need to cutout the unit by youself for now. other 2 images included in the project are samples: we want the design contain animals which lives in the cold environment (fox, lynxes, otter, etc.) For indoor unit, I am thinking about foxes sitting on sofa and enjoy the air conditioning. but if you have better ideas please feel free to give your design. Please include your past design or sample design for this project in your proposal to help us make decisions. Note: you can use AI (like text to image) for the project, all the images and resources used in the project must have authorization This project is a simple project, but it can be a long-term project depend on our future plan, I believe we still need many design to improve our website and brochure.
