Service Technician
Department: Climate Control Systems of Greenwood INC
Reporting Structure: Service Manager
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair climate control systems for residential and commercial clients
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure proper functioning
Perform routine maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of systems
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in HVAC or related field
EPA certification preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Time management and organizational skills
