We need a professional and modern trifold leaflet/brochure

I work for Bartlett, We are a company based in the south west handling the sales, service and installation of Catering, Refrigeration and Air-Con/HVAC units,

The company has been around for a while and hasn't had the chance the modernise it's marketing material, hence the purpose of this,

We are currently looking to have a flyer to hand out, We've made use of them in the past and have one dating from 20+ years ago which If needed we can try and dig out,
