Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need design and structural plans for a new, fourth floor addition to my 3-story home. The objective for this floor is to create micro-apartments for rental income (targeting working professionals and students), so space efficiency and maximization are critical. The current building plans are attached. Please prioritize the placement of new supporting pillars to ensure the new floor is always load-bearing. Refer to the uploaded dimension plan for existing structural points. The design for each rentable unit must incorporate these non-negotiable features:
Private Wet Area: Complete bathroom with a WC, wash basin, and shower.
Full Storage: One large wardrobe.Cooking Area:
A compact, 4' $\times$ 2' kitchen counter/slab.Bedding:
Flexible setup for either two 3' $\times$ 6' beds (double) or one 6' $\times$ 4' bed (single).
Study Nook: A dedicated study desk.
Electrical/HVAC: Full electrical layout including fans, lights, and switchboards, plus a space for a TV unit.
Could you please share some original design concepts you've created for similar projects? What further details about the existing structure or my requirements can I provide?
